The first single from the '24K Magic' album to fall, 'Versace on the Floor' has always struck me as a marmite kind of song. An obvious throwback to early 90s radio ballads, this curiously failed to become a significant chart hit - even a questionably requested David Guetta remix failed to do it much justice (I do think 'Funk Wav' era Calvin Harris would have done a better job personally). A decision to release this single in the middle of Summer always seemed odd as well. However, a decent enough song all in all, I did quite like this.

 

Next round closes Saturday, getting ever harder to choose now.

To me it's his 2nd most whiny and it honestly baffles me as to how it's such a favourite to quite a few people on here haha (after WIWYM ofc :lol:)

 

I was surprised to see it leave so early tbh, but I imagine if this was a rate it'd probs be top 5.
