Great post from Bloodpop! So many artists complete ignore the true roots of the music they make
Listening to the album on shuffle for the first time and it’s so weird having the interludes go into the wrong song. The dramatic end of Chromatica II into the soft intro of Enigma wasn’t as pleasant to the ear

#1 on both sides of the Atlantic on the UK and Billboard Charts :yahoo:

The album is expected to go to #1 in the UK on Friday, outselling the Top 20 combined

Garnered nearly 50 million Spotify streams on the album's release date

Scored #1s in the 2000s, 2010s and 2020s

What a great start this era is shaping up to be :cheer:

I'm going to get this post tattoo'd onto my FACE so I can enjoy it everytime I look in the mirror.

This is the work of all of her past achievements. From Cheek To Cheek through to Joanne through to A Star Is Born through to Chromatica.

I'm so happy for her.

Enigma is the one I’ve been going back too so much here.

Does anyone else think vocally this is like incredible. Like I know girl can sing but the way she uses her voice on this album is something else. Certain songs have a real powerful feel to them where as others have an ethereal feel. The feeling I get from this album already is something else.

I heard Love Me Right today and the 1000 Doves demo and adored those too. I feel I may end up editing my iTunes copy of this though so that Babylon still closes the album but it’s working out where to put the bonus track Love Me Right

I’m still on a high with this album though. Usually at this point I sort of feel like my favourites begin to form or I get an idea of the tracks what I could potentially skip but literally everything sounds incredible. I’m actually low key feeling like Stupid Love may be my least favourite but that could be because everything else is newer and had something else been 3 months old compared to like less than a week (or just over a week in Rain On Mes case) I could feel the same way.

I’d also pretty much say there’s so much potential for future singles to smash too.

Alice, Free Woman, Enigma and Replay sound HUGE.

Also was the song Enigmas name totally unrelated to the tour of the same name or was the tour named after that song.

I was wondering as when I seen the track name I thought it would’ve been different to what it was in sound as I thought it might’ve been like Applause 2.0 and about her love of performing / her fans etc.

It’d be a highlight if she put it on a 4 track EP with Chromatica I, I and III x

Still can’t get over Sine From Above and Babylon 😭
Babylon has been growing on me massively, getting so obsessed. Such a perfect album closer.
My absolute favourites are Alice, 911 and Replay. I don’t dislike any of the songs, they’re all absolute bops however my least favourite would probably have to Plastic Doll
I feel like the album dips slightly at 'Plastic Doll' and 'Sour Candy'. It's not that they're bad as such, just compared to all the other tracks on here are quite significantly below.
By the way, after several listens, I have decided this is a GOOD album but I don't find myself rushing back to any particular song except 'Babylon' (and obviously the singles.)
