well the deadline's passed and Math hasn't been seen on Buzzjack for the last 19 hours so it seems unlikely that he'll vote at all now. :(

We didn't get them in 102 & 104 and I have been thinking about creating ones for those because they really help me with not forgetting past entries. As a contrast, I barely remember any entries from spinoffs, where there are normally none.

 

There's a small number of people who still use them. I had been thinking of maybe just setting it up so that people who want them let me know and I'll PM them for as long as I'm able to make them up.

 

I find it helpful in ordering songs as I play them so when they weren't provided I made my own up from other sources or downloaded ones I really liked, but I use the youtube links to decide which ones were worth considering and which ones weren't. Some songs just improve with repeated plays and others pall pretty quickly after seeming great on one or two listens - the Eurovision Factor when obvious wins and subtlety gets passed over... :lol:

 

So, as I'm not yet on Spitify or any rental site it's still youtube and mp3 for me.

 

Given the plummeting sales of mp3's and the expected end of Music-For-Sale as we know it, I'm amazed that copyright chasing is even a thing at all nowadays given most music companies effectively give it away for free via cash income from rental sites anyway and fully endorse that future. Bizarre!
