Back to albums more up my alley (I promise this is the last one here that I chose because I like it :kink:). Plastic Beach somehow only peaked at #2 in the UK and in the US, but went #1 in Australia so I guess that makes up for it? Tragically Jade, a Gorillaz fan, thought that this Gorillaz artwork was, in fact, not Gorillaz and was actually One Republic so I was inclined to deduct some points for being a #fakefan but I didn't (or did I... :o). I didn't.

4. Paloma Faith - Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful?

Paloma Faith's first appearance here tonight but will it be her last? Despite 'only' peaking at #9 in the UK Albums Charts, Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful? spent 106 weeks on the chart and spawned two Top 20 hits - Stone Cold Sober and New York. In other news, Suedehead2 finally gets one right!!1

Oh I thought Gorillaz would be in here somewhere but didn't look at a close enough picture of their album covers to see that one :(

Hooray for the big boost in number of entrants in the past 24 hours or so!

Off to a good start with both of the first two right *.* I recognised Alexandra immediately (I actually own that album :kink:) but I did the same thing as Sam to get 'Wild World' as I knew you stanned Bastille

I made random guesses for all the ones I didn't know even if I didn't have a clue because ya never know, right?!

Now for one of the lesser known (probably) albums here from Walking On Cars! A string of Ireland Top 40 singles led this album to the #1 Albums spot over there, but sadly peaked at just #26 in the UK. Speeding Cars feels like a much bigger hit than it actually was though - being their only UK charting single at #87. Two guesses for Gabrielle Aplin here which was interesting (as are the other guesses )

:o I am SO ashamed that I didn't get 'Plastic Beach'!! I absolutely love that album wtf?! I knew it looked familiar but couldn't put my finger on it at all, argh :drama: I blame the ship being a much smaller component to that cover than the treehouse thingy. I know that you're a big Gorillaz fan as well so I'm silly for not even searching for them. Mess. Yay for getting Paloma at least
When I get Walking On Cars, an act I know like two songs by, and not Gorillaz - one of my favourite groups  yessss though, 6 points!

The King of Music Spotify has arrived! In the spirit of honesty, I got this mixed up with Nothing Was the Same and thought for some reason this was the album with Hold On, We're Going Home

That font and the slanted design stuck in my mind pretty well even though I've only seen that cover a couple of times, woo!

I didn't know what any of the rest of this row was, one of my guesses to somehow be right

At least I was on the right track with the letter M :kink: oops, I do really like what I've heard from M.I.A. but am not all that familiar with her artwork.

Fourth studio album by Icelandic artist Björk is Vespertine, making it to #8 in the UK and had much greater success through Europe. Three Top 40 singles hailed from this album, including the lovely Hidden Place (see below) I chose this Björk album due to the black & white colouring and as it turns out this was one of the harder albums to guess! Congrats vibe on being the only one to guess it!

I thought that Bjork album was 'With the Music I Die' by Wynter Gordon  I don't think I've ever seen that artwork before.

!!!!!!

Omg my totally random guess of Björk being right  I'm astounded haha. I nearly put Cheryl - '3 Words' lmao but then thought nah that's not it and guessed someone completely out of the blue! Amazing, I think the only Björk album artwork I'm familiar with is her striking latest album.

9. Jon Bellion – The Human Condition

 More people got this than I was expecting tbh. The cartoonish artwork style is just the beginning of Jon's playful nature but don't let that fool as he is not afraid to sing with brutal honesty. The album gave us the brilliant All Time Low (aka my favourite song of 2016) which undeservedly flopped in the UK despite Stormzy's efforts in a remix released on my birthday in early 2017. It was, however, a Top 10 hit in Australia and Top 20 in the US! As far as I'm aware no follow up single was really pushed but with a new album coming soon he could be in for a big year...

That Drake album/mixtape cover sticks in my memory because of the annoying grammatical errors xx
