They're doing their best to be playing Europa League football in their new stadium

That City decison today was absolutely embarassing. It's made enough they're financially doping, utterly farcical when they get decisons like that going their way.

It was a very strange decision. Assuming they saw everything correctly, they got the law wrong.

Tottenham could end up in 6th place soon if they carry on this bad run of form!

I think they genuinely could as well. They have to go to Anfield and the Etihad yet as well still - suspect 3rd and 4th will go right down to the wire too. If Chelsea win all their games in hand as well then it makes things very interesting.

Good result for Liverpool today, just stay in there behind them!

It's just about keeping pace now, we have the opportunity next week to put some pressure on City by going ahead as they don't play in the league. Thought we played well today and were unlucky with decisions going against us for both their goals. Probably evended itself out with Tom Heaton pulling a Pickford :D

Good result for Arsenal, not too sure about that Penalty though, I heard it on Radio 5 live, will have to see tonight on the football highlights show.

I think Tottenham will lose the next game against Liverpool that should push Arsenal and hopefully Man Utd top 4. Chelsea only manged a draw this weekend, they really need to pick up their game, its still wide open. I do think Arsenal and Man Utd will finish top 4 now for that Champions League spot next year. I can't see Man City City and Liverpool faltering now, the title race is between them.

The 1st half is where the difference was made today, Arsenal looked a lot sharper than us and although we had some good chances we never really recovered from Xhaka's opening goal for Arsenal. The penalty decision looked harsh but I suppose it's a form of karma for the penalty that being honest was wrongly awarded to us on Wednesday against PSG.

It's not the end of the world and the unbeaten run in the league had to come to an end at some point but we move on to the next game in the FA Cup against Wolves before playing Watford next in the league which is a match that I am really looking forward to watching at Old Trafford. No doubt the media will use clichés like "reality check", "brought back down to Earth", "bubble has burst" etc....

Too early to call Top 4, it can literally go anyway. I suspect the Champions League games will have a huge say in who qualifies..

Rough with the smooth isn't it, a defeat at the Emirates isn't the worst thing in the world. It was always going to happen at some stage as the run you were on was not sustainable and that xG for conceding and scoring were way off balance. I think coming off of the euporia of the game midweek was always going to have an affect as well. Still all to play for, good game to bounce against Watford depending on which Watford turns up.

Wasn't a pen for that didn't really matter, Arsenal did deserve to win that match. They really are a completely different outfit at the Emirates compared to on the road. We just weren't at the races for once, it was gonna happen eventually & Leno put in another great performance whereas DDG had a bit of a shocker with that first goal. It's still very much all to fight for with Spurs losing & Chelsea drawing, just to even be in the top 4 conversation after the first half of the season is an achievement.

Think it's Arsenal's to lose now, their form at home is great and they have the best run-in out of the teams. Could go either way really with the other 3. Be hilarious if Arsenal finish above Spurs, especially with that article from Teddy Sheringham on BBC Sport today. Obviously a planted article from Harry Kane's team.

Yeah it's Arsenal's to lose but it would not be a surprise in the slightest if they do lose it. I've said it before that Arsenal are the same old Arsenal, they were the better team today but they're definitely not going to win all or almost all of their remaining league matches even with the run-in they have. It's just a matter of whether Tottenham will open the door for them because we will get top 4 unless we have a massive drop in form for the rest of the season.

The only reason Arsenal are where they are is because of how the 1st half of the season was for them and for us. Next season we'll be miles ahead of them in points.

They won't win all their games but neither will the other 3 teams. Plus they know Chelsea and Man Utd have to play each other. I'd expect Arsenal to improve over the summer but I think losing Ramsey will be a big blow for them. I can't see you being miles ahead of them, ahead maybe, but I think right now Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal are all really level pegging. All have good players but room for improvement.

Think you have to give due credit to Unai Emery for how they've done this season as he's had the same team basically as Wenger and yet they are much more competitive overall.

Top 4 will be an interesting battle!

Important win for Liverpool today, finally take advantage when city aren't playing!

Missed the game, but that was a massive 3 points for us. We pretty much need to be flawless from here on in. I think it gets a bit messy here in terms of the fixtures now as we'll always be a game ahead until the Manchester Derby (I think).

Yeh I think if we win our last 7 games we win the league! Think City will drop points somewhere along the way but realistically we will too. Interesting times at any rate.

Missed the game too so looking forward to motd tonight, VVD reportedly at fault for their goal - he is human then!!

I suspect we're both going to drop points - I missed the game too, but apparenty we were really leggy in the 2nd half. Going to be a few more games like that. No doubt Hazard will turn up at Anfield for his one good game of the year as well.

Hazards been great most of the season tbf - Spurs next time out will be tough too - 3 points would be a surprise imo

Hazard is one of the most overrated players in the league. When he wants to be he's unbelievable, but he's not been great at all this season bar a purple matc at the beginning and the odd decent game every now and again.

Spurs will be tough, but our home form is excellent. The games straight after the International break are always funny, but like us, Spurs will have quite a few players around the world. Regardless of what happens in the league this season we've already beaten our points tally of 17/18 and we've clearly got another gear or two to go up with this team as seen by the amount of draws we've had this season.
