I honestly had forgotten that Louise even existed.

 

I still found the majority of the Carter stuff crap. I think it’s totally that random Dylan the got shot or he shot Stuart. Mick simply cannot get shot twice in one year and survive both and I just can’t see it being any of the others.

The tension actually built really well in that episode, a job well done on that part, but EVERYTHING about Stuart cringes me out. Awful character played by an awful actor. Really hoping this is the end of him.

But there's still so many questions. What did Denny have to do with anything? What's going on with Dylan?

I kinda think Linda did do it. She was the only one that looked particularly concerned about hiding the weapon, we don’t even know if anyone else knew where it was. I feel we kind of saw Mick and Tina’s rage at Stuart coming out with Mick smothering him and Tina not calling for the ambulance. Whitney was pretty shifty but I think she was just worried Halfway had done it. Halfway and Shirley I’d say definitely had no involvement.

 

As for Dylan, he’s clearly going to be a scapegoat for whoever did do it.

Whitney survived a 20 ton bus being lifted onto her, crushing her, and then dropped on her. Oh and then went travelling the next day. She is Supergirl! A lil bullet won't do it.

Agreed. Night time scenes are usually great too but, as you say, all the suspense and atmosphere in the world can't polish this turd of a storyline with characters you don't feel sympathetic towards anymore.

 

The only bit tonight I enjoyed tonight was Mel's rant to Jack, but even that was spoiled when she changed her mind and agreed to marry him, which was so contrived to introduce Ray.

I actually saw that coming, I knew Ray was going to be introduced into EE and I thought to myself - this is the scene with Ray's first appearance. :lol:

 

The whole gunshot thing was a bit of a damp squib, I still think Dylan did it, as he wouldn't let go of that bag he had with him.

 

Maybe it's just because it's been SO poor, but last night was the best in months for me.

 

I expect whatever happens Mick will take the fall for it since Danny Dyer's got his break coming up!

I have a feeling now it was Whitney. I think it can only be her or Tina now and I could see Mick taking the fall for either of them which could account for Danny Dyer’s expected time off.
