Irish people aren't British pal.

 

The only time I actively hoped England would lose was in 2016 Euros and the stars aligned to give me three reasons for that. I'm otherwise pretty supportive, although it becomes difficult when things go overboard.

Well this is not making these nerves any easier, getting brutal.

England have been very dominant in that first half, a few attempts on goal, the might get one or two in the second half.

That definitely should have been a red card earlier.

The squabbling is laughable. Colombia are not making it easy to like them, I really hope we can show them up in the second half.

Game is pretty much two teams cancelling each other out. Should have been a red card.

 

That said none of our attacking play is coming off.. could be a very long night. Can't see us scoring from open play right now.

The Irish contingent of Northern Ireland still aren't British though, meanwhile the rest of the population probably won't appreciate you calling them Irish~~

 

I also don't see why countries should feel obliged to support their neighbours over someone else, and if the reason is due to 'patriotism' then it shows the conflation between England and Britain that can occur.

They do need to shoot into the goal to level.
