I can’t see the album recovering much sadly. The momentum seems to have faded. A reissue might help things if they push a strong new release from it!

Yep it’s fallen hard and fast now - even it being £6 on Amazon and part of 2 for £15 at HMV plus the download being £6 on iTunes hasn’t revived it.

 

A decently handled re-issue will give it a boost especially if we get the promised special edition of a Tape etc.,

Have to say I agree - it’s already achieved 3 things I didn’t expect it to (#1, Top 40 single and certified gold) so even if the re-issue doesn’t happen and it never troubles the charts again this has been a huge success for Kylie, I’d love the momentum to keep going though of course.

Sales slightly up on the previous week do a bit of promo could see it in the charts in the future.

I wanted a new Kylie tee for the upcoming R2 show and concerts so got the Golden tee/CD bundle today so that’s another sale for Golden :lol:

She could well finish 2018 with Golden selling 150k..... its achievable.

 

 

^^ A coloured vinyl and tape with limited runs of 5k each for the repackage would add 10k in sales alone (Aside from the CD being updated) so 150k overall with promo is easily achievable but as always I won’t get too excited until things start getting confirmed.

 

Not convinced the XF will happen after she jumped ship for The Voice.

Was in HMV Oxford St today and the Kylie vinyl section was totally empty (They had the clear vinyl, standard vinyl and picture disc last time I was in) so hoping that’s a few more sales - also noticed the clear vinyl has sold out/been removed from Kylie’s website.

For the Tuesday update, the album was #148.

So its more or less in the same place as last week.

#145 today.

At the least it has climbed a few places.

#159 now.

The usual trend, drops off a lot at the end of the week.Hopefully it can manage 500 sales.
