I'm interested to see if golden will be back in the irish charts this week as people may have bought it Fri and sat so they would know of the songs before heading to the concerts which then they didn't know was cancelled. Also the press coverage of the gigs been cancelled may have reminded people to buy it.

 

Doubt it will reappear! It's had stronger itune weeks and it made no impact so can't see this week being different!

If Golden could outlast Rhythm of Love in terms of Top 75 weeks, I'd be happy with that!

Me too but as it is has had a lot more chart weeks than I thought it would get.

Wow didn’t realise just how much the tour was boosting Golden - it’s slumped to #153 on iTunes now (Lowest position its ever been), looks like it will be out of the T75 after this week then.

I'd be happy if it could stay top 100 next week but its hard to know if it will

:blink: Only just managed to hold on in the end then! Hopefully the start of MTSWY promo/radio play will have some effect.

Another ~1.5k sold this week. 'Music's Too Sad...' has come at the right time; hopefully it can slow the decline and eventually start moving back up when promo kicks in.

What makes you think that? I’d love a reissue but I have a feeling we aren’t going to get one. They are releasing a limited edition cassette so that would have been an ideal time to announce an album reissue.
