Posted July 13, 20187 yr Ariana has confirmed via Twitter that Madonna is involved on her new album. No idea yet if it's a collab or writing credit or what, but still so EXCITED. https://twitter.com/ArianaGrande/status/101...5738036224?s=19 What are we hoping for?
July 13, 20187 yr Whatever it is, I'm hoping it's not anything like the Britney collab! There's always a danger with these things that you end up with something that doesn't suit either of the people involved but I kind of have faith in Ariana and her team that they wouldn't allow that to happen as they seem to be getting most things right these days. I think I'd quite like it to be a ballad, something a bit reflective or acoustic styled even though that's not what either are famous for.
July 13, 20187 yr Watch it be a sample or a spoken interlude or something. :') I don't know what an Ariana and Madonna collab could sound like but I think I'd lean towards something like Dandy suggested.
July 13, 20187 yr I love the Britney / Madonna duet. Granted it's much more suited to Britney than it ever was Madonna though.
July 13, 20187 yr She does a spoken interlude in the God Is A Woman video which has just come out, hopefully there's a sample or even collab though on the album and that's not it
July 13, 20187 yr Ah it's a spoken interlude in a video?!!! Well I did say Ariana's team wouldn't allow something that didn't suit...
July 13, 20187 yr Watch it be a sample or a spoken interlude or something. :') Aha I was only joking when I said this! Here's the full video: kHLHSlExFis Madonna's monologue is from 2:22.
July 14, 20187 yr Interesting to note that Madonna recites Samuel L. Jackson’s "Ezekiel: 25:17" from Pulp Fiction, one of the biggest films produced by Harvey Weinstein.
July 16, 20187 yr Author I love the video, and M's contribution. Wonder if we'll get more from her in the rest of the album :o
