I don't think New York City's gonna be high up on your list to perform when you've got the Glastonbury Legends slot and you're having to cut so many other classic hits as it is :kink:

Was literally going to post the same  From her recent interview NYC was just a thanks to the fans rather than anything else - I think she just wanted to get it out there after the online reaction to it after the Bowery Ballroom performance of it.

Yeah, I'm not bothered about NYC at all, I don't care. I just would usually have expected someone to sing their new single.
Where The Wild Roses Grow currently her highest on iTunes at #198 - think there will be big movements for some of the songs performed in the next few hours.

I don’t think she’s really treating it as a single - just a song to throw out to radio to promote the album (She didn’t perform or plug it on ‘The One Show’ either).

Oh, I wasn't aware it wasn't a single.

Where The Wild Roses Grow is the first song to appear in the top 200 on iTunes.

I mean, that's exactly what a single is :kink: it's just a low key effort.

She really did smash it, I'm so happy for her  the setlist was VERY strong, the only omission for me was Wow - I think that could've slotted in perfectly at one moment, but otherwise, perfection

I’m still stuck in the 00s where a single was promoting it at every opportunity and to be on every TV and radio show :P

She was brilliant.

Sound a bit crap in first half

Still think Lewis may well take top spot in album charts. Depends how many preorders she sold.

Killers also going well

Miley cyrus will benefit from the bbc1 coverage too

Second half did get better.

But Miley was so much better . So much more exciting .

I'm just gonna come out and say it: not only THE set of this Glastonbury, but for me, THE best set I've ever seen in all the years I've watched the festival. I've never seen a crowd so in unison like that, so joyous and liberated, and Kylie looked and sounded incredible. The look on her face at the very start when she realised that pretty much the whole festival had descended on the Pyramid stage to watch her was so heart warming. Truly a gig to be proud of for years to come. And I'm so gonna book when she does a tour next!
^^ This basically - I felt I could gush to much as a stan but seriously agree with everything, iconic from start to finish.
She was absolutely fantastic, was watching it live and blasting it. Wish I'd seen it in the flesh. Brilliant. Hope the collection gets to number 1

The gift of her face when she sees the Glastonbury crowd is brilliant.

It's amazing. The camera loves her

Just finished watching! She slayed.

I love this new Bowie mix of 'Slow'. The 'Bad Girls' mix of 'Locomotion' really rejuvenates the song. 'I Should Be So Lucky', 'Where the Wild Roses Grow', 'All the Lovers', 'Dancing', 'Spinning Around' - so many highlights!! Living for the security dancing away at the end!

This moment when she enters and sees the crowd tho:

Also, the size of that crowd! Sky News are suggesting it could be the biggest Glasto crowd ever, certainly for the Legends slot.

Love the new thread title and total agree with the Locomotion comments - gives the song a totally new lease of life.
