August 7, 20187 yr Im more inclined to think the Fleetwovd mac album must be on sale somewhere rather than streams
August 7, 20187 yr the greatest hits of Fleetwood Mac has constantly in the top 40 for the 2018, I'd say it's almost definitely due to streaming; as they are a legacy act their GH (and 'Rumours') are definitely getting a lot of streams. Spotify show them as having over 11 million monthly listeners (worldwide, but they are most popular in London with 468k listeners) and their top five songs have over 100 million streams each. They're definitely popular on streaming. Here's the most recent part of its chart run, since it re-entered in late 2016 it hasn't left the top 100 since: 97-95-82-64-70-79-82-60-54-67-56-46-39-35-38-46-42-47-34-42-34-39-35-38-42-56-94-89-43-44-45-47-47-42-39-39-40-39-48-42-34-36-44-36-32-46-44-42-49-62-72-76-71-75-55-40-38-36-38-28-23-26-24-27-27-29-27-17-17-17-11-21-24-24-25-26-26-26-31-33-29-34-30-28-22-23-
August 7, 20187 yr but I thought we discussed it a while ago (in regards to Bob Marley -Legend being top 20) and the conclusion was that streams alone were not enough to make it top 20 so it was half/half
August 7, 20187 yr It may well be half and half but it still wouldn't be so high if not for streaming being included.
August 7, 20187 yr I checked the streaming vs physical album chart and Bob Marley - Legend does the same on both charts but Fleetwood Mac-Best does better on streaming, same x oasis-Time Flies so you're right, FM has lots of streaming counting for its position

August 7, 20187 yr Where can you find streaming charts by city? If you go to an artist's Spotify page and click on the 'Monthly listeners' at the top right, it'll give you their top 5 biggest cities.
August 7, 20187 yr The Fleetwood Mac album is #59 on sales right now as well so it's not solely charting due to streams.
August 7, 20187 yr Thanks for answering dan seems a bit silly a stream can count to multiple albums but the occ getting stranger and complex with its rules  Makes sense that the rumours tracks contribute most as that album also never seems to leave Also sorry for starting a debate
August 7, 20187 yr Where's Robyn please? Scraping into the top 75, literally... we’ve gotta hope she can stay in the 100
August 7, 20187 yr Hope Rudilazer can get at least one week in the top 40. It’s annoying that they keep missing out because people are still not moving on from These Days
