Posted August 17, 20186 yr Light Years and Rhythm of Love I would argue are Kylie's stand out studio albums to date. I personally think both are just wonderful although i am aware others might prefer other albums from Kylie. For now, please vote and leave comments on which album you prefer and discuss the tracks and singles from both albums.
August 17, 20186 yr Rhythm Of Love is an easy choice for me - I’m not a huge fan of Light Years, the singles are good but there are a lot of duds on the album.

August 18, 20186 yr 'Rhythm of Love' is definitely my favourite PWL album, but 'Light Years' feels more complete as a body of work. I love when Kylie puts her own spin on a sound or concept, and really follows it through with the whole album. I think 'Fever' and 'Golden' do that very successfully too. August 19, 20186 yr ROL is also my fave pwl album but I agree light years is a more complete package.
August 20, 20186 yr Author Light Years has so many wonderful albums tracks and it by large is solid and consistent from start to finish. It was the album that brought Kylie back into the limelight and also reminded people why they loved Kylie. Rhythm of Love offered some career highlight singles and was the highlight of her PWL days but the album tracks overall fall short when compared to those offered on Light Years. I voted for Light Years.
August 21, 20186 yr I vote for Rhythm Of Love. I love every track. Love everything about it, from start to finish. I wish more singles had been squeezed out of it. My fav Kylie album is a toss up - some days it's her debut, other days it's Rhythm Of Love. Light Years is a joy, and would be perfect if Kookachoo and Kids did not exist.
August 21, 20186 yr Her debut as is enjoy yourself are great albums but rhythm of love pips those 2 overall. I'd love to know more about the names of some the albums and how the names were decided.
August 21, 20186 yr Definitely Light Years! I tend not to go back to anything from Rhythm of Love besides the singles. The singles and the majority of the album tracks from Light Years are great! :heart:
August 21, 20186 yr Light years I don't think kylie will ever match as it is a strong package and consistently strong bar 1 or 2 tracks.
August 21, 20186 yr Author Light Years is at this point unbeatable. That said, Golden was a nice move back to Kylie doing what the fans like, want and enjoy but i dont foresee an album as consistent as Light Years coming our way ever again.
