Posted August 18, 20188 yr http://i.imgur.com/kWN4fNn.png George Ezra regained the top spot from Drake last week, but now there's the big new track Promises from Calvin Harris & Sam Smith, two men with countless #1 singles between them. On course for new entries are Jess Glynne's All I Am, The 1975's TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME, a couple of tracks from Ariana's Sweetener and potentially the new Marshmello & Bastille collab Rest in peace to Aretha Franklin, who sadly passed away on Thursday. We could see a few of her classic tunes re-appearing in this week's chart Ariana Grande looks to end the soundtrack stranglehold atop the album chart, Sweetener would be her second #1 album assuming it gets there. Bugzy Malone can notch his fourth Top 10 album with B. Inspired, Slaves might get their third with Acts Of Joy And Love, and Gabrielle returns for her first album in 11 years - Under My Skin. Other new releases from Death Cab For Cutie, Neil Diamond, Stefflon Don, Example, Mitski, Oh Sees and more Breakdown of the week - Saturday and Sunday: Information on Twitter from MintRoyale only. August 20, 20188 yr Calvin could easily nab #1 when George hits ACR if he fails to overtake George on streaming

August 20, 20188 yr Drake's actually a bit closer to George than I thought he would be this week, hmm
August 20, 20188 yr I was hoping 'In My Head' would be Top 40 considering it's doing very well on Spotify. Great to see Calvin debut Top 5.
August 20, 20188 yr I would welcome George Ezra holding off Drake again this week in the singles chart. Ariana Grande will open at number 1 with sales likely to be 45,000, would that be a correct prediction.
August 20, 20188 yr Yup How unlucky can it be?! Also good to see Ariana heading straight for that #1 album
August 20, 20188 yr I hope Happier can stay Top 40 - a long awaited return to the chart show for Bastille
August 20, 20188 yr Where has Nick's album fallen to? Great numbers for Ariana, I thought she might shift 30k for a full week so that's impressive.
August 20, 20188 yr I hope Happier can stay Top 40 - a long awaited return to the chart show for Bastille Well it was only February when I Know You hit #5!
August 20, 20188 yr I was hoping 'In My Head' would be Top 40 considering it's doing very well on Spotify. Maybe the missing Spotify data might be contributing to that.
August 20, 20188 yr Well done to Ariana Grande. And also great to see Aretha Franklin in the album charts. It's just a shame that it took her her death to get some of her albums in the charts. She's got the best female voice of all time :( Edited August 20, 20188 yr by Robbie
August 20, 20188 yr I actually thought drake would return to #1, shotgun has dropped again a lot on itunes now that it's no longer 59p
