Nothing Can Stop Us [Confide In Me B-Side]

Originally sung by Saint Etienne, they produced a new version for Kylie's comeback album and was in the frame to be the lead single in late 1993. But during the project's early recording sessions with Rapino Brothers & Saint Etienne were ultimately fruitless as the material trod familiar ground and lead her in the wrong direction. So these tracks were either scrapped or reworked by Brothers In Rhythm. This track didn't even make the album and ended up as the B-Side to what ended up being the lead single 'Confide In Me'.

We Know The Meaning of Love [Tears On My Pillow B-Side]

This was meant to be more of a double a-side release alongside 'Tears On My Pillow', but when that track went to number one anyway, the label abandoned the idea and Kylie wanted to start work on a new album anyway. By the time her 2nd album 'Enjoy Yourself' came out she was pretty over it.

Nothing To Lose [Enjoy Yourself]

Apparently in contention to be a single at one stage, but this along with other tracks was scrapped in favour of 'Never Too Late' as the album's 3rd single.

Where Has The Love Gone [Kylie Minogue]

Reported in Smash Hits Australia as a forthcoming single. At one stage almost all of the songs on 'KM94' were considered for single releases as they were all presented at the same stage. However due to Kylie being busy filming 'Bio-Dome', there was a long 8 month gap between singles and by the time the 3rd single came out, the album campaign was dead in the water.

Promises [body Language]

Allegedly in the running to be the album's 4th single. However the album was pretty much abandoned by the summer of 2004, along with any plans for a tour and Kylie moved forward with her then forthcoming Greatest Hits collection Ultimate Kylie.

Enjoy yourself was packed with single choices, promises would have done ok as a 4th body language single but think it would have broke her run of top 10 singles but may have helped her some extra album sales.

Nothing To Lose did have potential as a single but Never Too Late was the correct choice.

From those never too late was def right but with enjoy yourself i think hand on your heart, over dreaming over you, never too late and enjoy yourself would be my ideal 4 singles. Tears on my pillow could be the delinquents sound track single and prob still would have went to number 1.

The actual singles chosen worked extremely well and made Enjoy Yourself a hugely successful album.

That said Im Over Dreaming (Over You) is better than everything else on the album including the single but to its credit Enjoy Yourself had multiple single opportunities.

Enjoy Yourself is one of Kylie most overlooked albums.

It was packed with very strong songs and as mentioned, had numerous choices, strong enough to be singles.

Such a singles album - the majority of songs could have been released and been hits.
