Don't want to come across as dictator-y mod but there is a ranking thread and this is just assigning pretty arbitrary numbers (like, to people who aren't even in the house now...) with not much discussion (even less than the ranking one), me and Cameron agreed we would always encourage activity but we didn't want to conflate too many threads that don't really add much in the way of discussion. There will be a season rate afterwards as usual, someone could maybe collate rankings each week (we used to do that) or something but I just don't think we necessarily need another thing that is just a wall of numbers attached to names. It's a glorified boot and immune really... I'm sorry if I'm coming across as dictator-y as I said but it's a discussion forum and there's plenty of opportunities to discuss things and have your views, including the ranking thread which is very similar to this, I'm just a bit hardline I suppose on the forum looking healthy with discussion instead of kind of arbitrary games and assigning numbers to things :lol: If you are interested in running things and getting more involved, give one of us a bell and we can sort something out, we can always do with new ideas but some need a bit of polishing perhaps, and there's some stuff coming up post series to reflect on all things BB and CBB as it's ending on C5 and we can always do with help counting up, doing commentaries etc ^_^

Yeah I definitely don't see how hosting this is harming anyone lol. Like if you're not interested in this don't participate? It's not like this forum is brimming with activity lmao. But alright, you're the mod so lock this thread or whatever.

I don’t think there’s a need for that attitude mate. Liam raised some fair objections, explaining his objections well and then wanted to discuss with you ways to host something in a different format or something that promoted more discussion. There’s nae need to act like a toddler about it

Definitely no need to kick off like that and get defensive when it was discussed I'm not just doing it because I'm a mod and like to wield mg power. Perhaps if people contributed to discussions etc as well as borderline spamming it would the level of "brimming with activity" you describe.
