I like the fact this one has a link in with Shazam - maybe this will be the way forward for cassettes in the same way that a lot of vinyl releases also come with a download code as they know the majority become collection items rather than ever getting actually used.
September 20, 20186 yr I too would think 5k maximum would have actually played the cassette which is understandable. The release was purely a collectors item and the ebay prices also reflect that.

September 21, 20186 yr Yeah for me it's literally a collector's item. I could actually play it if I wanted to because my parents' Hi-Fi has a cassette deck... but the thing is, I'd actually be nervous to play it, just in case the tape was chewed up :kink: I want to keep it pristine given that it's rather rare! I don't even listen to music directly from CDs any more! For years I've only used them as a means of ripping music to iTunes (and looking through the booklet).

Hopefully coming for a 2.5k+ sales week next week assuming around 1k were sold to UK fans and the album shifts 1.5k due to promo? :yahoo:

November 8, 20186 yr Author Interesting to see how many will have sold outside the uk. I’d be surprised if it is less than 500 - hopefully at least 800-900 got sold in the UK so they can count towards the charts.

Definitely more sold in UK. well over 1000 surely Not so sure - lots have been on sale on eBay since they were released from places like France, USA, Germany etc., - a good chunk of Kylie physicals from her official website always sell to overseas fans (Always evident when she releases a limited run and when the charts are announced despite it being sold out at least 20-30% are unaccounted for). Let’s not forget Kylie has some major international stans as I discovered whilst living in the US!
