It was a great performance all round. Nice to see vocals from all of them. They looked so happy on stage again.
Really solid performance on Graham Norton. I made 'Hello My Love' my Song of the Week on my blog today and my traffic from Westlife fans via Twitter has subsequently gone bananas :D
This is a great song, I am rooting for them!
Not even sorry, but this is a bop.

Don't @ me x

this song is actually not boring. hella cheesy but i expected this especially for an Ed track. but it's much better than stuff like perfect to me and thursday

i may actually like a westlife song. the apocalypse is coming you guys

Hello My Love sold 5,081 downloads on Thursday! That's really good.

5,137 sales overall... so it actually managed 56 sales from streaming. This is definitely not data from Spotify, Amazon or Apple Music though because they're always a day behind sending their data to the OCC (which means that OCC will have considered Westlife to have achieved 0 streaming sales from those platforms). I assume the 56 streaming sales comes from Deezer and/or Tidal (or some other platform), one of them must share their data on time for the chart.

#100 in the official Top 100 singles chart sold 5,189, so Westlife only just missed out on charting yesterday by 52 sales! So if all the streams they achieved on Thursday were actually accounted for, they would definitely have charted... a slight shame!

It'll be very interesting to see how they hold up on iTunes this week and to see how many physicals they can sell! Also like Jonjo said, Westlife managing to enter at #144 on Spotify UK is actually a very good start, when you consider that it'll mostly be "curiosity streams". New Music Friday should see them remain Top 200 in today's Spotify update.

This is a great song, I am rooting for them!

It is rather good. Pity it won't be a big hit.

How can they only be #3 in UK sales and downloads while they were #1 the last 2 days outselling by 2 to 1 the rest of them? i also consider them to be the highest selling physical single this week...

How do you see youtube UK chart?>

It is rather good. Pity it won't be a big hit.

It's cause English ruined their chart, while it was one of the most exciting charts in the world....

FOr gods sake having a song on top for months just because it's being streamed is a joke.... I find it also pointless that Mariah Carey will always enter the xmas Top 5 till the day we die, selling ~0 copies of the song is also unacceptable... Hello my love is undoudtedly the highest selling single of the week, it deserves to be a #1 but it will only end up getting a decent position in the Top 10... Big shame for me..

it's like Billboard now minus the manipulated airplay. the record labels get higher revenue through streaming so this won't stop sadly. just hoping this will be number one on Ireland and Scotland and the UK Downloads and Sales

just change your location to UK https://www.youtube.com/feed/trending charis

Yet I find it strange I believe Westlife have a strong core fanbase of like 100-200k people in the UK, if they just stream it once or twice a day would be enough to get the streaming points we need. Even if half of them download or buy the comeback single would be also enough... In any case I have the feeling the single might sell 5-10 k physical copies this week, if it is in the shops i really believe it.
I like this, although it's very Ed Sheeran by numbers, only uptempo in a grandma way. Which is what Backstreet Boys do also these days so can't blame them.

Yeah, every download since midnight counts for next Friday's chart (Fri 11th Jan to Thurs 17th Jan = Fri 18th Jan chart). Streams that occur from today until the 23:59:59 on Wed 16th Jan count. Streams that occur on Thurs 17th Jan won't count, because streaming services don't send the data to the OCC in time - OCC estimate it.

So does that mean the sales from the release day will contribute to next weeks chart?
