Didn’t it peak at #5 in the US? Doubt it!

It would need a huge preformance at both and a win at both to re enter the top 5

Maybe with preformances but missing out on the wins at both it could get back to the top 10...

Nooo it will never return top ten, no matter how they tried. It's been too successful for that already. Top 20 is likely with a performance, even though the airplay has been going down in recent weeks.
