October 5, 20186 yr Author we're trialling something a bit different by having individual episode threads for the more popular shows! Of course I'm VERY hyped for this although still find it a bit bizarre how much we're in the dark still going into the series. I now have no doubts that Jodie will be brilliant in the role and I'm interested to see what her companions (or should we say FRIENDS) are like as the focus has currently been turned away from them. I still am a bit uncertain about Bradley Walsh but I shouldn't judge until we've seen it!
October 5, 20186 yr OH MA FANNY FOOK THAT'S THIS SUNDAY!! BODYGUARD STANS ENJOY YO TIME AS THE NO.1 RATED SHOW FOR NOW!! DOCA WHOA IS A COMIN!!
October 5, 20186 yr I can't peep this until later on Sunday night (I'll be on the Eurostar when it airs!!) but my anticipation levels are sky high and I'll be avoiding all spoilers until I can watch. Cannot wait
October 5, 20186 yr Looking forward to this! Will be out buying my snacks tomorrow. I’m going to try and warm up with a few classics before hand to build it up! :D
October 5, 20186 yr I still am a bit uncertain about Bradley Walsh but I shouldn't judge until we've seen it! From Chibnall's comments I was positive there'd be nothing to worry about with Graham but most of the reviews I've seen have commented that in this episode it seems like his only purpose is comic relief, but I'll remain hopeful. I don't think I've been this excited for a series to start since the RTD era. Sunday can't come soon enough
October 6, 20186 yr Yeah this is the most hype I've felt for an opening episode since the RTD era! I have high expectations so hopefully this won't disappoint...
October 7, 20186 yr EE WE BE PEEPIN THIS TONIIIIIGHT!!! Bradley bloody Walsh has NO BUSINESS in this. Ratings will fall cos of him. But enjoy your ratings no.1 for now Bodyguard!! Doca Whoa a comin
October 7, 20186 yr I’ve managed to avoid most of the publicity for this but I’m really excited! Saw a clip on Sunday Brunch earlier and it looks promising.
October 7, 20186 yr Author as this is a thread dedicated to the first episode, no spoiler tags will be needed during/once the episode has aired! take this as your warning x keep anything spoilery in tags before the episode tho
October 7, 20186 yr So glad I’m not working tomorrow so I can watch this first thing in the morning *.*
October 7, 20186 yr Apparently it's leaked this afternoon  Hopefully the spoilers stay away from social media
October 7, 20186 yr Will avoid Facebook until the episode's been aired just to be safe, if that is the case. Very much looking forward to this, Jodie seems like another great Doctor from what we've seen so far in trailers so I'm sure I'll like her, though I just hope the writing/plot this season is better than the Moffat era, and I'm not sure what to expect from the support cast (hoping for the best anyhow).
October 7, 20186 yr I feel like a little kid waiting for my favourite TV show to start  never too old to watch a Dr. Who episode lol
October 7, 20186 yr Author I watched Twice Upon a Time earlier for the first time since it aired at Christmas in anticipation! Did actually make me slightly nostalgic already for Capaldi (!!) but also very hyped for Jodie who is currently falling to Earth!
