Welcome to round 7 of 'The Immaculate Collection- Survivor' and just losing out on a place in the top 10, which is funnily enough the song that started it all 'Holiday', released in September 1983 as the 3rd single from her self titled debut album, and it may not have been her very first song, but it would be the starting point of a very long and astonishing career in which Madonna would end on a path to sheer glory and becoming one of the biggest selling artists of all-time. As for the song itself its a plain and simple summery pop anthem, with an infectious hook that's incredibly catchy and memorable. While it may not be her best song by a long shot, but it's a great starting point.

As for the other songs 'Like A Virgin' & 'Live To Tell' both gained 3 votes each, while 'Borderline' & 'Express Yourself' both got 2 votes each. 'Into The Groove' & 'Vogue' both gain 1 vote each.

Remember same rules apply just vote for your least favourite song, and the one with the most votes will be out by the next round which will be on Sunday 14th October

Results:
11. Holiday = 6/33.33%
12. Crazy For You = 4/22.22%
13. Cherish = 7/17.50%
14. Material Girl = 8/20.00%
15. Justify My Love = 8/42.11%
16. Lucky Star = 9/30.00%
17. Rescue Me = 9/52.94%

Like A Virgin for me now, it’s fun and everything but not something I’d ever play through choice.

Same for me too. Its iconic status and the novelty of the song definitely helps with the enjoyment, but when compared to the other songs that appear on the album, it's time for it to go.
