I wouldn't bet on there being a band aid 40, by then the charity single would have been long dead and they wouldn't want to risk releasing it and have it be a huge flop.

Midge Ure said a while back that there will no more further Band Aid versions.

 5. Rak-Su - I Want You To Freak

Nice to see this has gone up for them, hopefully they can go top 40 on Friday!

Shallow gained another 4% in the last update on ITunes, Fingers crossed that she can do it this week.

Rak Su are 5, super close to 4.

I know they sadly haven't got streaming on their side because its not om Hot Hits (although I expect it to enter the top 200 on Spotify regardless of playlist support) but Rak Su are an example of how X Factor can still have a big effect, the song might slowly become a hit now because of that performance. I expect Little Mix's performance to have a huge effect on Sunday too.

Rak Su's song has been on the equivalent of Hot Hits on Apple Music for a while, and was around #40 before the performance and is now #19, so the performances can have an effect on streams too if accessible enough.

:cheer:

I'm getting so frustrated by 'All For You' not progressing. An injustice is taking place here. :(

Yeah it’s most certain peaked, I just wish they promoted it because it’s their second best single behind Shine.

If only Dave went down to 59p, he would be certain to climb which could help in him reclaiming the official #1

Let's not talk about the worst case scenario.

I knew people were over reacting to Zara! It's rare that hits are so instant nowadays, no matter the artist.

I'm so pleased to see that 'Ruin My Life' is looking set to be a decent sized hit. :D

Edit: Rak-Su now #4. :puke:

Whats going on with those Normani/Calvin songs? I mean they have been out 24 hours and have barely scraped the top 100 which is a little shocking for a Calvin Harris song.

I am actually surprised at how well this Rak-Su single has been doing on iTunes (even before the XF performance), I kind of like it in a really tacky way (reminds me a bit of 'The Club Is Alive') but it seems like a very odd direction for them to go in - just shows how much potential they have to really be big if Syco tried with them though.

The Rak-Su track is better than Zara's.

I like both though.
