Alex Fletchers always been one of the best actresses on oaks and Diane being a character who’s often unlikeable is testament to her talents as an actress I’d say she’s going to be a big loss to the show but I have to say I found her exit rushed and that more could’ve been explored! I felt like her final arc on the show was only just beginning and now she’s already passed away :(

I haven't watched Hollyoaks in like a decade, but RIP Diane. Cancer is such a cruel disease.

Actually sad to see Rex go, he’s definitely had one hell of a journey and the androgyny storyline was one hell of a development and I found myself rooting for him big time. I guess at least it was off Jonny’s accord though rather than Hannah axing him. Once again one of Ste’s partners dying who deserved better than him, I truly can’t abide him.

Also the new Leah actress is godawful!!

Called to the garage for work and was greeted with a mystery shooter who shot him at the end of Wednesday’s episode, today’s episode saw Darren find his body and confirmed dead.

The only logical explanation is Clare unless there’s a returning character out for revenge for the trafficking/grooming plots which tbf is justified.

Christ the opening titles need a refresh considering how long ago John Paul left and Diane died!

I thought the same thing for ages! I miss the 2010-2016 style titles, the show went downhill with the titles changing.

Also I really hope they don’t go down a nonce route with Abigail, the looks she’s giving to Dee Dee and the “I’m not into older women” line seem to be pointing in that direction.

I think it was "I'll love you until the day I die, Ste" - James arranged these cupcakes and got Beth to deliver them but she dropped them outside of his front door. Absolutely incredible if you ask me 😭

Ugh I wish I was wrong about Abigail but I saw it coming. Definitely shows how good Brooke is an actress though with how she often has me fooled into thinking she’s lovely and doesn’t have an ulterior motive. It’s also interesting to see this angle used for this kind of storyline, as uncomfortable as it can be.
