Zara was actually credited first on Never Forget You everywhere outside the UK! I think they swapped it here because MNEK was a bigger name at the time (a strange thought nowadays). I get your point though! I can see Ava managing a string of hits but it's a stab in the dark until we actually hear the follow-up.

They swapped the crediting over here because MNEK is British. Another example is "I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me)". Aretha Franklin is actually credited before George Michael but George is credited first over here because he was British. Same goes with "Millionaire" by Cash Cash & Digital Farm Animals. DFA is credited first over here because he’s British

Also Louis Tomlinson & Steve aoki a couple of years back^

Oh yeah. But when it appeared on compilations, the latter was credited before the former

Cheryl @ #22 before her x factor performance.

Be interesting to see if this gets huge boost back to #1 or not.

Avaaaa!

A shame that Cheryl will probs prevent her from going top 10 though

I really doubt she'll get back to number 1 but Cheryl should see a good boost I'd imagine.
What a performance :o Would be a shame if it doesn't push the song back to top 3.
I'm not so sure, she could very easily go the way of Starley and Maggie Lindemann who similarly had songs blow up from mass Spotify playlist promo.

I wouldn't say Maggie or Starley are comparable at all, they were both remixes and people probably just see them as random dance songs tbh.

Did they perform somewhere?

Ava powering towards the top spot on iTunes and with just airplay, future no1 by the looks of things!
