At least it's holding steady, a discount on Friday would really push it, no chance for a performance I'm guessing.

Could have possibly challenged the top 10 had they got a performance slot on Dancing On Ice.

Yeah a discount on Friday will push it top 15 I think. Also, it could still be moved up a few places on Hot Hits UK.

Comic Relief / Global awards?

Global awards will have next to no impact.

 

A comic relief performance would be nice but I think it's peak will happen in the next two weeks and I can't see it going much higher than it already is on HHUK (both versions are high and they've already been cover) unless they decide to add it to TTH.

I'm a bit baffled as to why they're attending when Capital are actively snubbing them.

 

Down to #37 on Spotify. A little concerning that it's falling already -- the optimist in me was hoping for some big gains this week with the top 50 effect/Hot Hits placing.

I know what you mean. They really should have pushed it properly in December as I'm kinda over it at this point. Give us Wasabi or Monster in Me please!

Probably because there's nothing much else they can do for it. The video's been released and didn't have much of an impact, the airplay has peaked now that's on the R1 A-list (since Capital show no signs of supporting it), and it's already pretty high on Hit Hits yet seems to have stalled on Spotify. With a discount I could see it going low top 20 -- which is still a result after this shambolic campaign -- but I'm not expecting much else at this point. Roll on 'Wasabi' (or an entirely new single).

Vertical video has been removed from Hot Hits, songs at 13, no discount on iTunes, any chance of this some how going top 20 today?

 

I kind of think they gave up on this because of whatever they said they have coming soon. There’s no other explanation as to why it hasn’t been discounted yet. I don’t totally mind the idea of them moving on if they’ve got a sure fire hit up their sleeve, but I hate the idea of this ruining their top 20 streak because they didn’t give it that little extra push.
