Mariah and Wham should be able to stay top 50 for one more day if last year is anything to go by, then in 2-3 days the top 200 will be fully clear of Christmas.
In the US, Post Malone has the top 2 today, surprised it's not the same in the UK

The Pogues slightly recovering to be the 5th highest Christmas song today for what it's worth.

I know 'technically' Christmas goes on for a couple of weeks after the 25th but to me it wouldn't feel right to listen to Christmas songs past the day, maybe Boxing Day at a push but beyond that no. Culturally the Christmas period has shifted to being the run up to the 25th rather than the weeks following it regardless of what the original definition was.

Having said that I have a Spotify playlist that I listen to year round that has some Christmas songs on it

Sometimes I randomly sing out-of-season Christmas songs just to annoy people :P

I've got a Christmas playlist on now and it doesn't feel particularly 'wrong', after all I am sat in front of a Christmas tree surrounded by Christmas cards.

I hope Wow not overtaken Sweet But Psycho yet at least until the latter reach #1, SBP is likely to miss #1 for two consecutive weeks.

If you think Christmas ends on Christmas Day then you're doing it wrong! ;)

It feels pretty much over to me, I'm back to my everyday life and after Boring Day it's now a bit of an awkward no-man's land period while we make the preparations for New Year's Eve.
In many EU countries, Xmas lasts til Jan 6, which is when kids gets their presents brought by the 3 Kings (not Santa) :D

I thought that was just Spain?

Just highlights the complete commercialism that Christmas is when Christmas songs on 28th December is seen as out of date.

Do people take down their decorations Boxing Day morning?

Sorry for another Seinfeld related post, but your post reminded me of this...
