Hey guys! I'm new to the forum, but been lurking on these Lele forums for a long time!

Fantastic to see how well OMS is doing this year, it really is a shame about ACR, but I'm really happy for her nonetheless. She must be so happy too :D

Up to #29 on UK airplay.

The last few years felt like the song was trying to establish itself, but this year feels like its Christmas classic status is in full swing.

Brilliant,

One More Sleep really does deserve to be a classic, At the rate its going she could be Platinum with this by the end of next year.

Currently #26 on iTunes as well, higher than both versions of Mariah  (not considering combined versions)

100%. Holding strong at #17 in todays mids.

That is a good indication it is on track for a new peak (outside its original number 3 peak on release).

I believe that's the highest it has been since its original release. Every year since release things haven't lined up. Either she gets good airplay/sales, or she gets good streaming/sales. This year all 3 have aligned and its doing so well. It also shows that if it gets as much exposure as the other Christmas songs it does just as well if not better chart-wise!

It is doing pretty good on all platforms, although I still think on Spotify if OMS was higher on CHRISTMAS HITS it would have had a big WW increase unfortunately it still at the bottom...also if they refresh Christmas crackers I think she could be higher than 20. The Italy Christmas main playlist gets weekly refresh.. the UK one is since October wtf

We stan a Christmas legend

Didn’t know if anyone was keeping track of Amazon’s single charts, it’s at #32 and #34 :cheer:

Down to #18 in today's midweeks, I was hoping for a new peak (since 2013) this year and outpeaking #19 from last year.

Looks unlikely though for this week hopefully she stays top 20 though, If she can hold #18 that would give her a new peak since 2013 though.

I am guessing next week chart may give her a new peak though we will see, Very happy with its performance this year giving the fact its on ACR.

It was #36 the week before Christmas last year, wasn't it? Then jumped to #19. It's looking very promising that she should at least match last year's peak, but fingers crossed she's able to beat it.

I've just noticed on pes's post about yearly streaming figures (many thanks for keeping it updated, pes!) that last year OMS was on ACR at first (week of the Dec 8, charted at 75), but then moved to SCR the following week? How come it moved from ACR to SCR last year, but is being kept on ACR this year? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, I'm a major novice with the chart rules :teresa:

This year you are permanently on ACR for songs older than 3 years, you can be back on SCR only if you promote the song and the label asks for the change.

Last year you needed an increase on sales of more than the double of the previous week to be back on SCR

The fact this will probably go top 10 on Spotify again, who would have EVER thought.

I can see it possibly being top 5 on xmas as I'm sure it will get a bigger boost on Xmas Eve, but it's an incredible accomplishment and it's truly becoming an Xmas classic.

It has never been Top 10 on Spotify before, so if it makes it this year then its got a new peak again. It has a new Spotify peak this year of #15.

Thank you! Wonder if there’s any chance they’ll try to get it off ACR next year

The only way they can do that is if they have Leona do proper promo for it.

With any luck she will still be promoting #LL6 this time next year , assuming it does actually get released next year! Speaking of which, early 2019 would be a great time for Leona's team to capitalise on the current buzz around her.

The ACR rules around getting back to SCR for songs over 3 years old are unclear at present, so it is all guessing until we actually have an actual manual reset from the OCC for a song. No other artist/label has had it done for a song affected by this rule as of yet.
