Over the years, 17 of Kylie's singles achieved Top 40 status but failed to make the Top 10.

Which of the non Top 10 releases, deserved to have got there.

Where The Wild Roses Grow is such a wonderful song and such an important part of Kylie's career.

I would hate to see it leave ahead of a song such as Into The Blue.

Where the Wild Roses Grow

Dare I say I find it a bit overrated 🤫

I think where the wild roses grow is hugely under rated.

In what sense? It's doing well in this poll (Top 5 out of 17 songs) and seems to be a big fan favourite. Outside of this poll it's one of her most critically acclaimed and most streamed songs. I'd say only its peak/chart run in 1995 could be considered as being an area where it's underrated (at least if you're of the opinion it deserved more than #11 and 4 weeks in the chart), but in the here and now I wouldn't regard it as being underrated.

Overall I meant in terms of sales and chart performance. It was a top 10 hit here in Ireland and in the UK I really thought it deserved more success,do we know its total sales including streaming?

Surprised to see the one all of a sudden get 2 votes.

In no particular order just yet I would have Dancing, the one and where the wild Rose's grow for the final 3.

They would be my Top 3 also but i wont give away by Top song yet.

Where the Wild Roses Grow for me, too.

I think in the circles of people who know it exists (Kylie/Nick Cave fans) it is very well received and the media/critics seem to love it (see the reaction to Nick and Kylie performing it last summer). I'm unsure how well known it is by casual fans though. I feel like it should be one of those 90s classics that everyone enjoys regardless f what they otherwise think of the artists involved, but I can't say I've ever experienced hearing it on the radio or on the jukebox down the pub or anything like that.

I never hear Where The Wild Roses Grow on the radio, in a pub, jukebox etc but i have seen it on music channels on the very rare occasion.

Where The Wild Roses Grow brought a different credibility to Kylie from people who just usually overlooked her.

The credibility not just from the industry but to casual music fans it helped see Kylie differently.

It also helped that Nick Cave at the time, sang her praise for her professionalism and talent and that is something he has continued to do.

The usual fans of music by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds would not usually give Kylie the time of day but this song helped people see Kylie differently.

Kylie seems to have great respect in the industry from acts that are not in the market of pop music, Nick Cave and Coldplay are just 2 examples here.

I respect Kylie for not fearing working so many different artists that are all so different as it would be easy for her to just have worked with people like Robbie Williams who may attract some similar audiences and music tastes.
