Posted January 8, 20196 yr Hope this is ok to create :rolleyes: I thought it would be cool to have a place to discuss all of Kelly Clarkson’s discography etc. I know there are some big fans of her in here! In my opinion she’s one of the best vocalists of our generation and also deserves more credit!

Kelly has a big enough fanbase on here to use a topic like this (however new album and single thread to be split seperately from this still though please :P) She's my fave vocalist, by quite some distance. Also her last album, was a vocal masterpiece. It's the best I've ever heard her on record. The material may have been a bit "is this it?" But no one can deny her vocals :heart:

But no one can deny her vocals :heart: Yeah I assumed that’s how future releases would work anyway 😊 I personally love Meaning of Life, you can tell she’s happy in her career now. Her vocals slay as usual! The promotion could be handled better though. Heat was announced as a single in July and still no video or anything. I also hope her tour comes to the UK after her last one being cancelled due to pregnancy.

Yeah a VERY busy year in the US for her. By the time she takes time out it will be 2020 which I’m assuming will be a new album release year.

January 25, 20196 yr Author Definitely, I finally managed to get tickets last time after wanting to see her live for years.
January 26, 20196 yr Yeah a great idea for a topic, used to love her stuff back in the day (All singles from 'Breakaway', 'My Life Would Suck Without You', 'Stronger' & 'Catch My Breath'), being my personal faves from her, but found her material post Greatest Hits, really lacking. Especially her last 2 albums, which neither are up to scratch, 'Piece By Piece' had terrible single choices, especially that awful lead 'HS', which I found really bland and reeked of Kelly not giving a shit and very last contract obligation release, there were much better album tracks that could have been released and the only half decent single was the title track (the remix was far better than original). As for 'Meaning Of Life', I haven't listened to that yet, but judging from the terrible 'Love So Soft', I think I'm gonna give this a pass, what an awful comeback, the trap elements really tanked it and she's better than this, no wonder it tanked and none of the other singles did anything for me, and just left me very cold and disappointed. However I still love her early stuff and still listen to 'Breakaway' & 'My December' quite regularly, and hopefully she can come back with something great in the future or at least do a Country styled album, that she's been wanting to do for several years now and has released quite a few tracks & collaborations with country artists through the years, so why dont she just give that a try, you never know it may work and give her flagging career a shot in the arm, that's clearly needed. So my advice to Kelly, DITCH this trap sound and awful era and work on some new material......
January 26, 20196 yr Heartbeat Song is amaze. Idec. The whole PBP era was corny af lyrically but my God some of those hooks :wub: Also, never thought I'd say this, nor expected it, but HBS goes OFF in a club setting lmao. MOL is vocally, her very best album. She reaches and touches notes with so much ease and as ever when the emotion is needed... Kelly delivers! :heart:
