January 10, 20196 yr Author After Saara Aalto broke Finland's run of non-qualifiers in Lisbon last year, Finland will once again be using the 1 artist, multiple song national final method. The artist will be announced at a press conference on 29th January. The latest rumour is Finnish pop boy Robin, who after traditionally singing in Finnish, has recently registered songs in English. January 29, 20196 yr They've announced Darude *.* Feel The Beat and Out Of Control are two of my all-time faves <3 And obviously Sandstorm is a huge classic. If he sent anything half as good it would be such a great entry, but dance is always so hard to get across on the Eurovision stage. Like their previous Waldo's People (so great in the studio version, but the live version was a mess).

January 29, 20196 yr Well that IS a surprise! Sandstorm is of course a belter (don’t care so much for it these days, but at the age of 16, it was the absolute dogs bollocks). I hope he keeps in tune with his sound for Eurovision and not something liked tiesto has been doing these past few years.

January 30, 20196 yr OH MY GOD I’M SHOOK This could be a blessing and a curse. He’s a CLASSIC name which will surely garner curiosity but if the output ends up being something more mainstream then everyone’s gonna hate it :( Excited nonetheless!
