Did the Magenta Pink Vinyl make the physical / sales chart?

I suppose it's too niche to have attracted many sales in release week, but maybe it'll pick up a sale here and there.

 

I had the original signed copy, so getting another copy just for a different shade of pink didn't feel worth it... but if it gets reduced enough in the future then I might consider it. It's slowly creeping down on Amazon, currently £23.39.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it was released to have it widely available on vinyl. As has been said the original pink version was a store exclusive that sold out a long time ago. They probably figured rather than reprint the pink and put it on Amazon/HMV change the vinyl colour and get extra sales from the collectors too.

Well, I hust checked how much it would cost to buy it and have it shipped to Portugal from Spain and the cheapest I can get it is around €40 all together, so unless it drastically reduces, I doubt I will bother either lol...

 

Sorry Bunton, but is the same vinyl and design apart from the colour of the actual vinyl, so I wont bother for now

I got a copy since I sold my other one and slightly regretted it as I wanted a copy of each album on cd and vinyl, its not as nice as the pale pink one for sure, they do still have them on stock on their website (or they did when this was released) but the shipping was ridiculous so went for the new pink instead.

I knew this would end up being a £10 release so waited, along with the Kylie ‘Disco’ vinyl i guessed they would produce more than they could sell :kink:

It is #221 on Amazon bestsellers list.

 

What has happened the last couple of years is labels/Amazon/HMV etc have pushed up the price of vinyl taking advantage of hardcore fans who pre-order and buy first week. Then a few months later they are reduced to between £12-£19 for most artists. Which is not far off where vinyl was price wise a few years ago on release week. It is a massive con.
