Lewis is only ahead on iTunes where sales are at the lowest ever, <10k last week

But unfortunately Lewis’ song was performed on The Voice yesterday and he performed on Sunday Brunch, so he’ll climb in sales this week :(

Yea the gap was 9k last week wasn't it and Lewis will get a sales boost.

Really don't get how or why this Lil Nas X song has suddenly blown up.

The newly released remix and the controversy over its removal from the Billboard Country songs chart seem to have given it a massive publicity boost hence the big rise in streams.

If that's the only controversy relating to this guy then I'm perfectly happy with it charting this high.

There is also controversy about him formerly being a notorious suspended Twitter meme account that he's now trying to erase all evidence of :lol:

Just did a check on google, looks like he had a Nicki Minaj stan Page. Quite nice to see something silly like this being his controversy.

It does still have some slightly serious undertones to it though. Some people are speculating that he's trying to hide his past because it hints at him being gay and he worries that'll harm his career considering how few openly gay rappers (and maybe even fewer openly gay country artists) there are that have had any success.
