As this just scraped into the final on a tie-break,it's done quite well to finish 85th. It's the second oldest song in the final, spending three weeks at no.1 in 1970. It won five Grammy awards the following year.

The Stereophonics' 11th and final top 10 single and their only no.1. The song was originally going to be called 'Vermillion' which is where it was written but after Slipknot and Mercury Rev both released songs with that title,it was changed to Dakota.

Cornershop's tribute to Asha Bhosle who has sung over 12000 songs for Bollywood movies. The slower original version only got to number 60. Cornershop are not quite a one hit wonder. Two subsequent singles charted between 21 and 40.

The third of S Club 7's four no.1 singles, spending one week at the top of the chart in 2001 before being replaced for two weeks by Geri Halliwell's 'It's Raining Men'. The single then returned to no.1 for a further week. Michael Jackson has a co-writing credit due to the song's similarity to 'Billie Jean'.

So many good songs out already :( Manic Street Preachers was my 11, though I'm really surprised that made it this far to begin with so not too bad. Kraftwerk and My Chemical Romance this low though is unacceptable.
I had no idea Michael Jackson had a song credit for DSM!
