Dannii officially confirmed as an Aussie X Factor judge for the third year in a row, the only returning judge. It'll be nice if Kylie is her helper at Judges' Houses again now she isn't on The Voice which is on a rival network so I guess she couldn't do it last year.

Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. Though I’m still some time away from the ten-years-cancer-free milestone (which I look forward to very much), it is a day of reflection and thankfulness. Love, love and thanks.

i'm all emotional.

I remember that day, someone in college told me (as they knew I was a big fan) and I thought they were telling me a sick joke, it truly broke my heart to find that out.

I was off school the day the news came out, my Mum sat me on the sofa and told me Kylie was sick. We watched all the news channels and bought all the papers. I

remember almost daily I was looking for news to see how she was doing. Hard to believe it's almost 10 years ago now.

It's odd to say that you feel really affected by someone who you've never met getting cancer, but Kylie's had such a huge impact on my life, I feel connected to her

Her music was what made me come out of my shell in school.

I didn't even know she had cancer until '2 Hearts' was released and my mum told me. I do remember how happy she was during the promotion of 'All the Lovers', like on the Jonathan Ross Show, about passing the 5 year mark so I'm pleased to hear how positive she feels when she looks back, focusing on the good things rather than dwelling on the dark times.
I only found out a couple of days later because of the heavy school workload. I was a bit shocked but kinda got over it in a couple of hours after having read the newspaper that she was diagnosed early. Though it still upsets me, I just bought a ticket to see her in the original SG tour a few months back.

I remember seeing the Homecoming tour on channel 4 and crying with happiness that she was back and better than ever.

I have a lot of respect for her to continue with such a huge show so soon after recovery (well, whilst she was still recovering really!). Just shows how she refused to let this illness stop her from achieving the things she had set out to do; a real trooper.

Kylie shared a cute baby snap online to celebrate her 47th (!!!) birthday:

Watching The Painted Veil and is it just me, or does Naomi Watts with black hair look like Dannii a bit?
