Woody is nice, Ella I guess is nice but when I watch reality TV I want to be entertained! Saying that I still don't really like Paddy and Sammie/James as people but it's good to see people playing the game, it's made a safe looking final week a bit more unpredictable and exciting! Georgina was calling Ella her girl as recently as yesterday... I get people would want to win but I’m seeing traits in them now that are ugly. I’ve never taken to Sammie or Paddy. I just think it’s very hypocritical for them to be bashing brown nosing when that’s what they’re doing to play the game. Ella, Woody and Tim genuinely think they have strong bonds with people because they actually make the effort. And Tim didn’t turn on Brooke, that is such an exaggeration. It was a difficult decision to make and Brooke didn’t sell herself well enough. Tim did not decide she was a rival and did not get rid of her to further his game. He got rid of her simply because she’d come to the end of hers. I rooted for Alex/Kate last year as a catfish because they were genuinely nice. If Sammie wins, it’ll leave a sour taste for me.

Georgina wants to get to the final and make the money (which obviously she won't, but still). I think people are being overly harsh, no one has been nasty as such compared to other Reality TV shows I watch - maybe Paddy and Sammie. I find the brown nosing a bit boring, especially from Ella when that's all she's really got going for her - she's not said anything of substance, I feel like I know everyone well in the game but all I know is she is everyones girl, she enjoys a festival and 'banter' - if you can call it that. She's not a bad person, I'd probably get on with her in real life actually, she just gives me so much second hand cringe to watch.

If we’re retreading the Brooke situation (which didn’t call for any energy like this because she was dull) then I think it’s pretty different. I’m not a Tim fan but he didn’t actively push to eliminate her, he thought someone else deserved a chance over her... Georgina etc are actively plotting against people who they considered friends (especially when zella is only apparently guilty of ‘brown nosing’ which is something Georgina has openly admitted to doing since Brooke left) You’re right it’s a game based on personalities so people are going to be shocked when people show really ugly sides to themselves to win. I don't think anyone has shown an ugly side since watching it really. I understand I have a different opinion to everyone else though so I'll keep mute. I dunno, she’s been pretty catty throughout with her commentary although I found it quite endearing but I think over time she’s proven herself as your initial impression - a gobshite. She’s shown herself as vulnerable when the conversation around her ileostomy crops up which is sweet and her friendship with Brooke, but she is now backstabbing her friends by conspiring against them to eliminate them (like the exact thing of not worse than Tim before) so I don’t get how that’s not an ugly side to her. I know the aim of the game is to win etc and she’s living up to the rules of the game but I think the refreshing thing about Georgina was that she was honest and upfront in all aspects of the game, until now.
October 15, 20195 yr James/Sammie needs to piss off with this "Circle of Trust" bollocks. Yes, there are tactics to winning the game, but I cannot with the whole "let's start a revolution!!!1!2" thing, just so desperate and ingenuine plus he's unlikeable as hell. He was actually starting to turn a corner recently, making more jokes and coming across more light-hearted, that's well and truly in the bin now. Paddy is thick as hell for going along with it too. Rooting for Georgina even though I'm disappointed with how she's fell for the "Circle of Trust". On the whole she's been the most entertaining and down-to-earth. Woody and Ella are shortly behind but haven't provided just as much personality. I still haven't quite forgiven Tim on how cold he was for his involvement in Brooke's blocking but wouldn't mind him getting to the end either I guess. Shame Jan wasn't in for longer as she's been lovely, alas she just hasn't had the time.
October 15, 20195 yr Absolutely here for ths Sammie/Georgina/Paddy combo - finally playing the game. Have been waiting for the Ella/Tim/Woody trio to get knocked from atop. Hoping Sammie will convince Tom to get rid of Ella. The whole best friebds/spreading positivity vibe has never really interested me in this - I like people who want to fight to win..the more savage & ruthless the better. Sammie has impressed me massively.

Sammie meh want him in the final but not as the winner. I just wish Tim come third on those ratings and they got rid of him!! I’d have strategically ranked Jan high on that rating. I guess whilst they can scheme together though they can’t really ask others to rate people high / low though or can they?
October 15, 20195 yr If Tim could block Brooke, I think he could buckle and go for Ella. However, it would also be a bad decision for his game, because Woody would be disappointed in him I'm sure and probably turn on him a bit for blocking his "bestie". It would get rid of Ella who would rank him high, and probably make Woody rank him lower too I'd have thought. I'm definitely leaning more towards him keeping Ella, so I can honestly see it just being a boring compromise of Jan going, which is fine but at this point I'm so much more invested and interested when there's a prospect that things could really be shaken up by someone who's been influencer going a few times could go. I think Sammie does somewhat have a point on Ella, I think is genuinely a lovely fun person with a heart of gold (even if I can find her incredibly annoying at times) and just wants to be welcoming and make an effort with everyone but I can see how that may come across to outsiders as brownnosing. I totally get why people don't like James/Sammie for this reason, but it's exactly why I do :lol: It's playing the game and doing it quite brilliantly, he is being ruthless but also keeping To get this far and have most of them going "Sammie is so genuine", he's playing a blinder. Fair if you don't like him or aren't keen on the strategy, but for me as a fan of BBUS I love a bit of ruthless gameplay - push to that win! Like Jack said, none of them have been properly nasty imo, I think Freddie last series for example was so much worse towards Kate than anyone has been this year to anyone.

October 16, 20195 yr Sammie has really started to irritate me recently with his fakeness and gameplan and how savage he has been acting. I much prefer the Tim/Woody/Ella combo and I would love for one of them to win. Jan is nice too but she arrived too late to really stand a chance.

I do like Tim,Woody and Ella as people but they have become far too comfortable I think are lowkey expecting to definitely make the final . Also the nicely love in fest all the time is a bit boring to watch now . I’m surprised how much Sammie/James has grown on me . He’s playing such a good game and wouldn’t mind him winning tbh .
