June 10, 20196 yr I think I know who sent 'Baker Street', I remember this person saying it was their favourite song of all time. I like the original Baker Street, but I also like the Undercover cover from 1992, the year I was born. 'Levels' might have sent by the obvious one, but a lot of people like 'Levels' on Buzzjack so there is a good possibility the most obvious person didn't send it. Some less well known acts there too which is interesting, I like the fact there will be some new discoveries in this contest rather than just well known songs. The Suede entry could probably only have been sent by one of two people I think. I think I know who sent Duran Duran too, don't know that song though, my favourite song from them is 'My Own Way'. Thought i knew who sent Duran Duran, but now I notice Michelle McManus has been sent, I don't think its the person i am thinking of. Some great dance songs in there too, won't mention these in detail though as I don't want to possibly give away my entry. LIAM WERE U FLEETWOOD MAC ONE OF MY FAVE SONGS EVER Unpopular opinion warning: I do usually like Fleetwood Mac but am I the only one who thinks Everywhere is a bit overrated tbh :( Fleetwood had gone too poppy by that stage, I think. June 10, 20196 yr Voted. I listened to a couple of minutes of the songs I didn't know. There were some ties where both songs were good and I had to make a difficult decision and some where both songs were pretty poor and I voted for the one that was less annoying. The other ties,there was an obvious best song out of the two. I am 99% sure which song was entered by The Snake.

(Awaiting this confusing people once the first round is over because it took me forever to understand it on PopJustice xx)
June 10, 20196 yr I unironically spent about 10 minutes earlier today mapping out potential opponents my song would face in both the winner and loser brackets. Conclusion: who knows, so many of these are quite difficult to call, but I reckon an unidentified song that is my one has a decent chance of getting... somewhere... maybe. and indeed, that owl city vs mcr match, holy shit
