June 16, 20196 yr I knew Classix Nouvaux didn't have a chance against Girls Aloud sadly but I was hoping it was going to be a bit closer than 66/34. Oh well, it could have been worse. Thanks to everyone who voted for it anyway. I do remember liking 'Something New' when it came out, but listening to it now, the chorus is still good, but the verses sound a bit of a racket, oops. 'Untouchable' is my favourite Girls Aloud song, probably because of the trance influence there. A big shock for one of the duels on the losers side, I really thought Paramore would have won that duel against Margaret Berger. Not great results for indie/alternative so far in this tournament. Sad to see Baker Street and Mr Blue Sky out so soon. Too many retro entries out so far :( Poor Suede.Yes 19/71 in its duel with Set Me Free, ouch.
