Version 2: Two years later!

Ari has had SO many smashes, many of which never got blessed with a video, radio airplay, multiple live performances or became beloved by the GP like many of her smash hits today.

Simple question and with no limitation to answers, which tracks do you imagine would/should have left a mark on Pop Culture and deserved a place in Ariana's 'Singles Discography'?

We're giving you ALL, a job as Ariana's bestfriend and record executive and travelling you back in time...

In order to decide which song will be lifted as the next single from Ari's smash hit albums you will...

RULES:

- Vote for ALL of the songs that you would have liked to or think would have worked as single releases.

- Last time the top 3 tracks moved onto the final from each album, however this time we have 5 albums worth, so only the top 2 will be making it to the next round.

- After each album is complete, all of the tracks will compete in a head to head 'Eurovision style' vote.

- Promo Singles WILL be included.

- Polls will be 3 days apart, voting will remain open.

First of all, let's go ALL of the way back to 2013, with Ariana's critically acclaimed, cute, debut album. Maybe you would have picked something else for lead or second single?

I hadn't heard all of her albums when this last happened a couple of years ago, so I'm hyped to take part now that I have heard all of them *.* it makes sense to run this again now that we have two new albums and 'thank u, next' is crawling with missed opportunities

I voted for:

01. Tattooed Heart

02. Honeymoon Avenue

03. Piano

Those choices are a mix of songs that I think would have feasibly worked and that I'm a fan of. Today I learned that 'Almost Is Never Enough' was only a promotional single :o and also that this era was deprived of ballads single-wise. I was never huge on 'Always Is Never Enough', 'Tattooed Heart' would definitely be my #1 choice of ballad single for this era. An accessible song and fab vocal performance from her. The other two feel like quite memorable moments on the album too that I could imagine on the radio.

Yours Truly was a bit of a squeeze to include last time as only a hand full of us on the forum had actually listened to every track! Hoping for a slightly better turn out this time! I'm most curious to see where the sweetener and thank u, next tracks end up! The quality of her music just keep rising and rising!

Honeymoon Avenue and Almost Is Never Enough definitely deserved it!

It's weird Almost Is Never Enough wasn't given a full push, It got radio airplay, I was expecting it to get a big push.

It's a really nice duet, there was certainly potential for that to do well especially with Nathan Sykes on it, who was a much bigger star at the time than now! I really think that could have become a hit if it was given a proper push.

Tattooed Heart, Piano & Better Left Unsaid

I'd have probs pushed Tattooed Heart after The Way, followed by BLU & then finished the era on cute bop of life, Piano!

Love that idea! Would be interesting to see how that turned out.

BLU would definitely have been smoother transition for her image into the EDM featured on 'My Everything'... and Piano is just a bop.

3. You'll Never Know

Also voted for 'You'll Never Know', If they were going to push R&B, I would have preferred this over 'Baby I', probably would have performed better too.

I think the era probably should have went:

1. The Way

2. You'll Never Know

3. Piano / Popular Song (released to promote Mika but good promo)

-------------Album----------

4. Tattooed Heart

5. Right There (solo)

Piano

Almost Is Never Enough - not my absolute fave but it's well known already and feels like a bit of a missed opportunity!
