August 1, 20195 yr Hard to say really. I think even if it was a single it wouldn't do much chart wise as Tove Lo doesn't seem to get much chart action anymore. It would probably do well on sales upon release, like the Sigala feature did, but I wouldn't hold out much hope after that.

August 1, 20195 yr Tove’s last album was a pretty major flop (Only place it made the Top 40 was in her home country) but she’s had some major European/USA success with previous releases so at the very least even if this album is not a success or if the Kylie collab just remains an album track it opens up the possibility of Kylie being introduced to new listeners.
