I'd love to buy more vinyl but they can be so expensive, I'd love to have a complete music room and have all my kylie vinyl as a feature on a wall.
Each week i do be expecting step back in time to have some chance of showing up in the charts especially with the older albums doing well especially greatest hits, with albums from dire straits to pitbull and phil collins, bob dylan and van morrison im disappointed kylie cant pull it off. These albums are just a few of the ones top 100 here in Ireland and im sure sales are next to nothing in the low end of the chart im disappointed kylie cant muster up less than 100 sales which is prob whats needed to get in the low end of the chart here.
You need about 1,000 copies to go Top 100 atm but all the GH are on offer on iTunes for £5.99 plus have vinyl’s available for £11-12. Kylie is out priced to make an impact.

Many of the albums in the charts are much older and selling cheaper than Kylie's.

Some of the others are gaining extra streams via some of their biggest hits and are artists who perform much stronger on the streaming platforms.

If Kylie had more of a streaming presence she would be charting alongside such albums.

It's simply an area Kylie does not perform well in.

The album chart these days is heavily stream influenced and Kylie is unable to compete.

BMG are stupid not to take advantage of the surge in interest for GH. Other labels have responded by being part of the iTunes promotion, plus having the CD and vinyl on offer.

SBIT in still full price on downloads and physicals so is never going to compete.

BMG should respond and reduce the price and a bit of plugging online would be a great help.

I never understand why labels don’t use social media more - just adding a link on Kylie’s insta story could add a few sales and costs nothing.

Even a quick clip from kylie herself would grab attention and her team def could engage in some social media as I think it would help the album. The album is packed with hits so it has big appeal.

SBIT has had a boost for some reason on Amazon - the vinyl is up to #71 on the vinyl charts and overall is #243 on the main Amazon chart, we love to see it even if it is just a few sales.

Released a year ago this week!

It's a bit of a shame that it didn't settle into being an album that has a constant Top 200 presence, but hopefully its sales are still ticking along nicely in the background.

Seems there has been minimal pick up in SBIT following on from the Glastonbury repeat - wouldn’t have hurt BMG to promote it on socials to coincide with the performance!
