Maybe I've misunderstood quite what we were doing, but his father is British Pakistani

 

The point was Sidhu being (probably) the first Indian artist to chart since A. R. Rahman, British people of Indian (or Pakistani in this case) descent aren't really the same thing xx

Ah fair enough last post I read was about Charli XCX. Would’ve also added Naughty Boy to the list on the basis of Asian/recent descent!
