I was just coming to say it was up to #22 on Apple Music.

What was the highest it was on Today's Hits?

15 a couple of weeks back, but that's when it was also on Hot Songs.

I see.

If it was up to me I'd use all my guns this Friday. Video, discount, A List, payola on Hot Hits UK...

This has been getting me through some incredibly tough times at work the past few weeks. I genuinely think it might be top 3 Little Mix for me now. Even the Nathan Dawe remix sorta' pops off (although 'Flowers' is indisputably the most wretched and downright offensive chart hit of recent memory).

Weighing in on the Spotify discussion from a few pages back (I'm only just catching up ): I do think its position is maybe a little underwhelming given that it's featured on Hot Hits twice, but their streaming performance — SOTME and Touch aside — has never been anything to write home about relative to other metrics. Their last success was WLM, and even that was kinda' shortlived and plumetted once the initial exposure wore off. IIRC, even some of their smashes like 'Power', SLS and 'Reggaeton Lento' hovered around the #10-#15 mark for the majority of their official top 10 runs, and that was during their imperial phase. Obvious exceptions aside, female artists in general seem to struggle to capture the streaming demographic in the same way males do (I've noticed that Mabel is sitting at #23 despite being #1 on Hot Hits), but the fact that it's actually responding positively to increasing exposure shows that there's at least some semblance of public apetite for it. I also think the fact that it debuted top 10 has made its performance seem worse than it actually has been. If it had a more organic start and hovered around the #20 mark for a few weeks while it built up airplay, then no one would bat an eyelid.

I will gladly accept just a one or 2 place fall or something this week and I'd guess that's what is likely to be happening! Now, really hoping they get their video out soon (even if it does look basic af - but what can they do?) and GET SOME DAMN LIVE PERFORMANCES OF THIS ON THEIR YT CHANNEL! :arrr:

There's not much they can do, though? I will admit they should do at least one performance of the song - although they probably are putting in the effort to do a music video instead at the moment first - but aside from singing it once and releasing the video what can they genuinely do? The appeal of them performing in quarantine would get boring if it was done constantly. They need to time it properly and pull out all the stops to make the first (and probably only quarantine) performance of it be memorable as I doubt performing it again and again from their livingrooms will interest anyone.

I think they have two music videos coming for this. Obviously the 'stay at home' they teased on their instagram a few days ago is coming and i think Jade said in an interview a few days ago that the director that was supposed to direct the actual music video before it got cancelled is going to send them some items and props so they can film something from home. I dont know whether its a second video or the same one but no 'props' were in the teaser clip. Seems like they are trying to work something out!

Break Up Song, while not a smash, is holding pretty nicely across all platform. It doesn't seem to be making any huge climbs across any platforms, but it's not sinking like 'Bounce Back' did, either.

They need to do what was done with Physical, and throw everything at it in a week; video, iTunes discount, higher Hot Hits and Apple playlist position (to go along with the probable rise to the A list on Radio 1), and I'm sure it would zoom back into the top 15 for a few weeks and become another somewhat of a staple hit for them.

I'm just glad that - so far - it looks like they're at least having another 'hit' under their name and could probably have another Gold single under their belts at least. It was slightly concerning seeing LM5/Think About Us/Bounce Back/One I've Been Missing all underperform, and while I think we all miss how huge they used to be, it's still exciting seeing them have four weeks in the top 20 without any performances or video.

I’d say in the current climate and being a girl band this is still a hit regardless.

To be 9 years in and have a top 10 single and still after 4 weeks be inside the top 20 is great.

Seems to be slowly increasing too so I’m confident it will get into the top 15 again soon.

9 years in and they are doing great, they need to push themselves now to maintain their success and make the right single choices. I hope the next album can sell better than lm5. break up song will hooefully have chart longevity.
Non mover at 33.

Up 8k streams from yesterday too. Hope it can get back to the top 30 soon!

I was hoping Godzilla would have fallen below it today but nope, that climbed :arrr:

We'll see what being moved up to 14 on HHUK does for it tomorrow

At #10 on iTunes, with 4 charity tracks and 3 discounted tracks above them! :D

I can see this at least remaining stable for the foreseeable like 'Stupid Love' is doing, which is coincidental as these songs were pivotal for both acts. I reckon if they nail it with their next release, they'll be on good form again, especially as they should be able to promote a bit more.

It's still holding up as one of my favourites songs out at the moment. I am missing the usual Little Mix fanfare because I think it would elevate the song further and make it a special release to look back on.

It has stayed at B-List. Which I, personally, expected!

C-B-B-B on Radio 1 so far. I think next week, if it doesn't go to A, then I'd probably give up on it going there, but remaining on B for a couple more weeks after that. Although, I'm confident it'll go to A.
