Two peas in a pod and neither is fit to run a casino, let alone a country.

Posting the same thing twice does not make your argument stronger. :P

Do you ever say that to common sense as he's gushing over Bojo and the site crashes on him?

Why should I, when he's one of very few here who is on my side?

I see you've learned a few lessons in hypocrisy and bias from thr BBTory then x Or maybe it's just a typical right wing attribute...

The SNP and Lib-Dems have lost their court case to force ITV to include them in the leaders debate tomorrow. Lawyers for ITV successfully argued that their leaders will be included in a debate later and this was rightly between the two people who will most likely vie for PM and that's been done before at previous elections.

Had they won then ITV would have either had to include them and possibly others too or cancel the debate. They'd probably have appealed first though. No word yet on whether the two parties intend to appeal tomorrow.

I've not really got an opinion one way or the other - although arguing that the Lib Dems should be included in the debate because they had higher support at the 2019 European Elections than the two major parties is a little disingenuous, and would of course imply that Nigel Farage should be given a much larger platform at such a debate also.

Frankly I don't think the debates add much to the General Election nor move the dial on the overall result. Loads of noise was made after the first ones with Nick Clegg the benefactor in 2010 (I agree with Nick... look where THAT lead us!!) but apart from a temporary bounce which faded away more-or-less by polling day, and indeed the Lib Dems lost MPs.. it is likely to have made little or no difference to the end result.

Jo Swinson's said ITV are being sexist by excluding her and that she's a potential PM in-waiting-too. Bet the judge laughed at that.
I don't know why the Lib Dems are trying to play the sexist card on this. There are far stronger arguments for Jo Swinson's inclusion than that one.
Especially as Mad May would have been included last time, but refused to show her face

It's worth noting that the Lib Dem vote share went up in that election compared with 2005. Another triumph for the idiocy of FPTP.

Yet she still got most seats.

Having started the election with a predicted majority of well over 100. What a triumph.

I know that but a win is still a win.

With a brainwashing media, starting out with predictions of 100 - 300 seat majorities, and then ending up with Labour smashing it, having to lie to the queen, and bribe the dup with a billion pounds of public funds to stay in government. Yup. Great job. I also meant sexism isn't an argument when she was invited to the same debates. She just didn't show up as she wss useless, told by Murdoch to hide away and he'd do the rest with smears against Corbyn.

I wouldn’t trust either to boil a kettle without supervision

This latest scandal with Bojo shows how much of a security risk he really is, just like Mad May alluded to a while ago. He is a liar, non-scrupulous and cannot be trusted. He cannot be trusted with the keys to no 10, and neither can his puppet master, Cummings.
Well I certainly won't be watching the Sky News' all night election coverage. One of their special guests to discuss the results as they come in will be John Bercow.

Some Tory policy regarding immigration and benefits, announce in a Boris press statement today ahead of tomorrow's live debate.

All migrants will pay a £625 surcharge for NHS care, regardless of whether or not they use the health service, under Boris Johnson’s post-Brexit immigration policy. EU migrants who move to the UK will no longer receive preferential treatment, the prime minister claimed in a statement today.

Tory immigration policies also include a five-year wait to obtain welfare payments, as Mr Johnson pledges to bring the number of migrants down ‘overall’. All migrants, whether from Europe or not, would be treated exactly the same from January 2021 under the new Conservative plans.

How dare they have someone who doesn't worship de Pfeffel? They should be closed down.
