Thotiana is absolutely dreadful, No Guidance I remember being awful as well but can't actually remember how it went!

Nice that we both agree on both songs being awful!

'Thotiana' is definitely one of my least favourite songs of the year too :puke2: the Cardi B version was somehow even worse also.

Hi Jade! Nice to see you there, very glad that "Thotiana" is one of your least favourite songs of the year! As for the Cardi B version, never heard it and I never will.

I enjoyed 'Thotiana' a bit for its novelty value  but fair enough it being here.

'No Guidance' I didn't like however.

At least we agree on "No Guidance" being bad!

Yass drag Press. I actually don't dislike Cardi as much as I used to but that song was Not It.

Glad that you hated "Press" as much as I do!

I don't dislike Cardi B too, but I hate this song.

#4: YNW Melly - Murder On My Mind

Another year, another bad rapper getting popular. This song was awful from the first listen and his legal issues didn't help. In fact, it got even worse. The lyrics are about how he killed the people in a very graphic detail and he doesn't feel any remorse for it. What a dickhead, hopefully he rots in prison for what he did.

#3: Kanye West - Closed On Sunday

Any song from "Jesus Is King" could be here, but I went with "Closed On Sunday", because it was a hit and by far the worst of them. Safely put, it is unfinished, broken, bad and frustrating. The worst part is the Click-Fil-A line in the chorus. Kanye West was one of the greatest rappers of all time and seeing his downfall in the last years, yeah, he definitlely lost his mind.

Forewarning, for the last 2 worst songs, I'll go in detail, especially with #2, which considering what happened recently... well you'll see.

I really like Press and Call You Mine, and I liked the JIK album too.

Rewrite The Stars is my least fave of the Reimagined album, but it's alright. BTW, I actually prefer the Reimagined album over the original soundtrack.

Cool is okay, Thotiana is oddly amusing and No Guidance is decent.

Murder On My Mind is one song from the list so far that I didn't really like.

I've still never heard 'Murder On My Mind' and from people's descriptions I have no intention of doing so.

I'm not sure what you mean by Kanye 'losing his mind' though, this album is about him becoming a Christian and as one myself I'm very happy for him. Not heard the album in full (there might be a few off songs musically) but I've liked what I've heard, glad he didn't top the Hatechart in the end anyway.

I'm actually a fan of a few of your worst songs of the year :kink:

Especially Thotiana, Murder On My Mind & Closed On Sunday.

It's alright if you like the rest.

I was a bit angry at Kanye, so I don't think he "lost his mind", it's just I don't like "Jesus Is King" and I know that it's him about becoming a Christian, but again, opinions are different.

Some may like and understand "Jesus Is King", some don't. I'm on the latter side, but if you liked it, I'm glad you did.

That's fine if you like most of the worst songs of the year in my opinion.

So... this might be the most controversial entry for the entire list, because of recent events happening, I was going to leave it off the list, it would be disrespectful to speak ill of the dead. But after relistening to the song, I can't stand it at all.

Let me say this first, this is about the song, not the artist in general. With that in mind... let's talk about Juice WRLD.

This is going to be painful.

2. Juice WRLD - Robbery

This is both embarrassing and stupid. The lyrics are cringy at it's finest and has charming lines like "One thing my dad told me was, Never let your woman know when you’re insecure" and "Flex on a hoe every time they’re insecure". And Juice WRLD's performance himself, dear god, it might be the worst performance on the entire list, he sounds drunk and out of this world and the less I say about his voice-cracking screech, the better. This is toxic masculinity at best and I was ready to give it the #1 spot.

But in the end, at least it wasn't his last single, he had "Bandit" with YoungBoy Never Broke Again and that was tolerable at least. And then he died, while I'm not a fan of his music (at all), I at least feel very sad for his friends, family and fans. And even more sad is that he died at 21, the same age as mine. I am willing to separate the art from the artist itself. Yes, "Robbery" is bad, but I want to disrespect Juice WRLD personally, just because I tore apart his song. In fact, "Lucid Dreams" became a grower, from just plain bad to tolerable. And if he still lived, he might make many good songs, but sadly and tragically it won't happen now. And that's a real shame.

Rest in piece, Jarad Anthony Higgins (Juice WRLD). Gone so soon, but never forgotten.

Well, that was so painful to write and comment about it.

Thankfully, my #1 worst song of 2019 won't be painful (Take a guess what it is!)

#1. Lil Dicky - Earth

SURPRISE! Lil Dicky managed, what Meghan Trainor did in 2015 and 2016, topping the worst list two times in a row! Congratulations, Lil Dicky, you earned it for this gigantic mess.

Where do I start, how about the fact that somehow, someway (maybe through Witchcraft) Lil Dicky managed to collaborate with many famous mainstream artists from Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Brendon Urie, Snoop Dogg and many more (including Kevin Hart, who isn't a singer). And was it worth it? No, not at all. It tries to be funny, but it isn't just like "Freaky Friday", the song is longer than it should be and the lyrics are horrendous (aside from Kevin Hart mentioning that he's "Kanye West", that made me chuckle a little bit). It's just describing animals with music artists. The fact that the music video is one of the most expensive music videos of all time makes me laugh, because the single flopped and it didn't raise much money for the charity. It's the music video equivalent of Waterworld.

And as for the lyrics, one lyric made me pissed off the most, the "We Forgive you, Germany" line.

I hope you'll get run over a monster truck Lil Dicky, because you had the audacity to mention the forgiveness to Germany, even though the second World War was... 74 YEARS AGO! It's gone, Germany has already been forgiven! And the most ironic thing (if you known it yet), Lil Dicky is Jewish! As a German myself, I'm offended. It is tasteless, make a horrible mark for every german who listened to this (including me), especially since we are still dealing with a troubled past like the World Wars and the Nazi problems.

I could go on and on about the problems, but really I don't want to.

I don't want to give this more attention that it deserves.

So, once again congratulations to you, Lil Dicky, you made the #1 on my worst lists twice in a row. Now please, go away and never return!

As one of my chart friends Dan said on his worst list: "The Earth deserves better than this especially in the times we are living in"

So, that was it, 10 songs that I hate the most.

Here is a quick recap:

1. Lil Dicky - Earth

2. Juice WRLD - Robbery

3. Kanye West - Closed On Sunday

4. YNW Melly - Murder On My Mind

5. Chris Brown - No Guidance (feat. Drake)

6. Blueface - Thotiana

7. Cardi B - Press

8. The Chainsmokers & Bebe Rexha - Call You Mine

9. Jonas Brothers - Cool

10. James Arthur & Anne-Marie - Rewrite The Stars

Yes another snap #1! Lil Dicky really is the worst.

I wasn't all too keen on Robbery, think it only made the 80s in my chart. Lucid Dreams was the only song of his I ended up really enjoying (it was a #1 for me).

Robbery was very near my Bottom 5 but I didn't dislike it enough to put it in there, it was just a bit too wail-y.

Thank you for your comments guys, sorry for commenting late on this.
