Welcome to Battle of the Canadians - the first artist crossover event in the Shawn Mendes forum!

We've handpicked four of the biggest names in music, hailing from Canada like Shawn, to feature in a number of battle rounds to determine who the best of the lot is! Similar to Battle of the Boybands in the One Direction forum, there will be a series of polls where Shawn Mendes, Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Avril Lavigne and Drake will battle for your affections. Only one artist can win each round, and an overall winner will be crowned at the end of the event based on how many polls they've won!

For Round Three, we're looking to songs that each of our artists have released with other big name artists - some of their finest collaborations from their back catalogue (or maybe even the only collaboration they've done with other big artists lol).

The tables have turned in round three as Drake and Carly Rae Jepsen top the poll for their collaborations with Rihanna and Owl City, respectively. Drake comes out on top with 9 votes, while Carly is a close second just one vote behind. Both lead by a landslide though as in third place is Shawn with Youth, his collaboration with Khalid, only managing to pick up one vote - and a 5.5% share. Not so lucky in joint fourth place though are Justin and Avril - The Feeling and Dumb Blonde didn't wow any of you and failed to pick up any votes.
