They definitely seem to have a fire in their bellies this time around, which is amazing to see six albums deep. I really hope they manage to turn things around. Another 'Black Magic' moment please girls.

I hope they used their time to gather themselves and gear up for an all out era. Worldwide success is going to be out of the question, but I hope they at least slay the hell out of Australia and the UK

LM5 ended up being my favourite album of 2018 so I look forward to this!

I really want them to work with some mega producers. I'm still DYING for a Max Martin collab They're perfect for his style of pop :cry:

I know it gets a bit of a bad rap on here, but LM5 was such a serve. The only tracks I'm not massively enamoured by are 'Told You So' and 'Strip', and even those are perfectly serviceable album tracks. Without a doubt my favourite album of theirs. Even if they do choose to lean more into pop for LM6, then I hope the quality remains as high.

They replied to a comment on their latest Instagram post asking if the album is coming soon saying ‘maybeeee’! I think it would be beneficial if they switched up from the usual November releases. Especially if they have the opportunity to perform new songs on their new show.

I think a Summer release could be a good move! Really hope we get another Touch or Move style bop

I can see them getting another #1 debut tbh with a non Q4 release.

 

If they release around the time Ariana released sweetener I think it could be a real success.

2 singles before the album release isn't enough anymore. Once the album is released, the era is done as far as releasing singles.

Honestly wasn't expecting anything for another 3 months or so. Not a bad idea to release soon though, with the charts being relatively stagnant.

 

2 singles before the album release isn't enough anymore. Once the album is released, the era is done as far as releasing singles.

Drawn out campaigns are an awful idea as well though. Halsey failing to capitalise on 'Without You' and instead releasing the album after a string of flops springs to mind. Ditto with Dua's first album and it dropping after 'Lost In Your Light', rather than when she had three simultaneous top 20 hits (although thankfully 'New Rules' salvaged the campaign). Plus, in fairness, Little Mix's post-album singles have always done exceptionally well until TAU came along.

They have a Brazil festival performance in March so im guessing we will have the first single by then and they will do some promotion over there? Dont see why they have things booked if not.. Exciting!

Album will debut 5-7 on a quiet week. On a tough week, around #10, but it will struggle for that.

 

First single will struggle for top 15. Subsequent will struggle for top 30/ 40. Splitsville after tour obligations. Wouldn't discount this being a greatest hits album and auto splitsville either.

Like let’s just say for example if they reels see last week the album would’ve only needed 8K sales to debut at #5. They won’t have collapsed that much from LM5 in week one. I think they could easily sell 30K still in debut week. But they need to just make sure it’s not a Q4 release!

Their last single didn't make top 70 and the one before that was a record-breaking flop in the streaming age! Expect looow album sales.
