I'd happily kick them all out of the top 100 if it meant Sweet Melody got to #1.

I'd happily join ya oops

#2 on US iTunes. It won’t do anything there but it’s nice to see it so high over there!

#34 on AM too. Not bad. Free fall coming soon though lol, I wonder what it’s American debut will be this time. I’m gonna say top 75.

Interestingly enough though, with the exception of Salute none of their recent albums made it passed #5..

Ngl I was about to laugh and say "you think it's going on their chart???" but their US album debuts are pretty solid! I didn't realise LM5 actually got to #40 there!

DNA - #4

Salute - #6

Get Weird - #13

Glory Days - #25

LM5 - #40

I think you could be right with T75? Haven't their instant grats done better there than the LM5 ones did?

---

EDIT: Their iTunes peaks in the US

#1 Salute

#2 Confetti

#2 DNA

#5 LM5

#6 Glory Days

#8 Get Weird

That’s amazing!!

I can’t help but think if Kylie didn’t perform on Good Morning America would LM have made it to #1 ^_^

It’s so sad that they clearly have a loyal fanbase over there but there label is just so trash in America . They could easily be bigger over there !

For sure. They just need pushes :(

Nowhere in the world relies solely on fanbase. They need exposure and relentless promotion. Their American label suck sfm.

What annoys me about America is that there were so many mediocre British acts getting a big hit there from like 2012 onwards and then faded into obscurity while Little Mix have been going over and pushing multiple singles and still not getting anything higher than a #67 peak (or whatever Black Magic peaked at).

Olly Murs (Troublemaker), Cher Lloyd (Want U Back), Jay Sean (Down), Taio Cruz (Dynamite), The Wanted (Chasing The Sun), Ella Henderson (Ghost), Emeli Sande (Next To Me) all at least managed one hit single at least.

I'm fine with them not achieving total world domination but one big hit in America would have been nice especially if all these other artists have done it.

Completely agree. Not to sh!t on the success of other British acts but there was a time when Little Mix genuinely put in so much effort with material that was at the same quality or better than their peers and they only managed a #67 peak. I genuinely think it has something to do with them not giving into their labels wants when Jade was talking about how they basically told them to flirt to get radio deals.

looks like iTunes is beginning to unfreeze. Confetti currently at #1 in 6 locations and #2 / top 10 in a few others. Hopefully it continues updating and unfreezing.

So Rina Sawayama can book Jimmy Fallon and Kylie performed on GMA? That's... annoying.

These virtual interviews/live performances would have been their golden opportunity.

And then there's the lack of radio play...

I am low-key surprised James Corden hasn't had them again?

But yeah, after seeing Kelly Clarkson tweet about the Touch Stay At Home performance, I was kinda hoping she'd manage to get them on her show </3 :snif:

Has anyone noticed how the papers are more focused on sexualising this album than anything else..

The new Mirror article is disgusting and the comments from the public are utterly disgraceful.

I've seen so many articles now sexualising this album because of a few lyrics in a couple of the songs, it's gross how they do this to women.

Little Mix do get it a lot. It’s insane.

Nothing But My Feelings is there worst song, Gloves Up is a 2013/14 mess.

Sweet Melody and Happiness are career highlights though, so I can forgive the crashing low’s.
