Hi there. Yes he will but most commentators say he won't succeed. Judges will just throw it out because nothing's been done wrong. The votes will be counted down to every last one.

Allegheny County, PA still has 35,413 uncounted mail-in ballots, but elections staff is taking today off for "administrative work" and will not resume count until Friday. "I can't get an answer as to why,'' says @bethanyhallam, a member of county elections board.

 

Come on get some more people in and get those votes counted. :rolleyes:

Some have been held aside due to the ongoing issues over ballots which arrived after 3/11 but were dated prior. It’ll be interesting to see if they are even needed.

Not if SCOTUS vote that in Trumps favour. It’s already been ruled in, but very clearly left open for another challenge as ACB didn’t provide a ruling.

One video purported to show a box of votes being taken in a back door of a count building by the Dems has been proved to be a TV cameraman unloading his gear.

There have been no instances of fraud or wrongdoing anywhere. Trump has a desperate range of lawsuits relating to poll watchers which are all essentially noise designed to deflect from his loss.

He wants to stay in power and who can blame him really. You don't stand for election hoping to lose. He's never really had anyone say no to him in life so he's not used to rejection and failure.

Trump's team do have evidence. We're not going to see it now though are we. Use your common sense.

 

I don't think it matters whether they have evidence at this point or not. The odd thing I find is that you're basing your opinion on no evidence at all because nobody has shared any supposed evidence of anything.

 

As things stand, the only thing we know are the results as they are. If there is strong evidence that supports the claims then fair enough - but let's try to discuss that at a point where it actually exists rather than just damn others on a whim or a potential fabrication. At the moment it holds no more weight than fake news!

 

 

But if we are speculating then I personally find it particularly odd that they have such an issue with postal votes after going to such lengths to convince their own voters not to use them. One could almost suspect it was always part of the strategy before the results even began to come through...

That’s not what is happening here, if he was dignified and silent until the votes were counted that would be one thing - see 1992 when Bush Sr lost and was dignified in defeat. Trump is saying his opponent has cheated, that there’s a grand conspiracy to “steal” the election and his supporters have been seeing disinformation about perfectly legal, accepted and transparent processes to undermine faith in the process of elections.

Plus saying "who can blame him really" is really passive about the situation. People who want to stay in power at all possible costs are very dangerous people indeed, they are people who will stop at nothing to preserve self interest - it's not an excuse to just say that it's a new experience for him and is a terrible trait for anyone to have who is supposedly governing for the best interests of others.
