May 26, 20205 yr A new Vinyl version of CALM is available to pre-order via their UK store, including the bonus track Kill My Time! Kill My Time is a highlight for me, so I think I'll be ordering this. Additionally the individual member picture discs are up for pre-order as well, previously only available from their US store. Each one includes a different bonus remix. ^ All of these are released on 12th June. https://store.universalmusic.com/5sos/*/Music/ I still think it's such a great album! It's a pity that the singles weren't well supported, I consider No Shame and Wildflower to be two of their very best songs. ------ UK chart run for CALM: 01. 03/04 - #01 [34,941 sales] {28,961 physicals | 2,241 downloads | 3,739 streaming} [bonus Info - 13,969 CDs / 12,835 Cassettes / 2,157 Vinyl] 02. 10/04 - #17 [2,926 sales] {406 physicals | 439 downloads | 2,081 streaming} [bonus Info - 287 CDs / 7 Cassettes / 112 Vinyl] 03. 17/04 - #48 [1,792 sales] {263 physicals | 135 downloads | 1,394 streaming} [bonus Info - 191 CDs / 7 Cassettes / 65 Vinyl] 04. 24/04 - #71 [1,504 sales] {226 physicals | 90 downloads | 1,188 streaming} 05. 01/05 - #92 [1,207 sales] {152 physicals | 53 downloads | 1,002 streaming} 06. 08/05 - #120 [1,078 sales] {120 physicals | 61 downloads | 897 streaming} [bonus Info - 64 CDs / 5 Cassettes / 51 Vinyl] 07. 19/05 - #119 [1,046 sales] {150 physicals | 35 downloads | 861 streaming} 08. 22/05 - #153 [929 sales] {75 physicals | 22 downloads | 832 streaming} Total: 45,424 (the above weekly sales total up to 45,423, but its official total is 45,424) Made up of... 30,353 physicals | 3,076 downloads | 11,994 streaming A shame it's plummeted like that, but that's pretty inevitable without a big hit attached to it. Silver should be achievable eventually, maybe by the end of this year. It's midweek #200 today, so very touch and go whether it'll hold on!
May 26, 20205 yr I hope the album might add a few more physicals when music stores open too; looking at that breakdown it appears to me that's had a profound effect. Sales would of course still have been heavily front-loaded but the drop looks much more drastic than it would ordinarily be. Streaming seems decent for them though.
May 26, 20205 yr Why do they do this? I really want the Calum picture disc but don't know if I can justify spending another £20 on an album I already have numerous copies of.

July 16, 20204 yr The best selling album of the year! :o On cassette. :kink: The Number 1 best-seller is 5 Seconds of Summer's CALM. The band's chart-topping fourth album - available on five cassette variants - is also the fastest-selling cassette in almost 18 years, and shifted 12,000 units in its first week on sale. The last time an album scored that many cassette sales in seven days was NOW 52 back in July 2002.
August 27, 20204 yr 'CALM PLUS1' is listed on the OCC new releases page so hopefully bonus track 'Kill My Time' will be on streaming tonight! QquO7Bg37Qg Love this
