Can she link tickets into album sales somehow? There are always non purchase is necessary in these type of events too though.

 

Literally any promo Kylie does before release week will not be as affective as during release. It won't produce many more pre orders, just a few extra download sales. If I could predict what will happen release week it will be

 

Friday 6th, BBC Radio 2, mention of Lorraine, G Norton performance

Saturday 7th - Something Radio based.

Sunday 8th - Live Stream event?

Monday 9th - The One Show, Release Magic and Say Something Digi bundles ,G Norton repeat

Tuesday 10th - BBC Breakfast

Wednesday - This Morning

Thursday - Relax and hope for the best

I think she’s going to be doing that any way - they have definitely over sold them based on the reaction and she will play catch up

Have to say I agree - Kylie usually puts her signature to charity items (like the recent prints) which command a hefty price tag or does lithos on tour, this is the first time ever she has mass signed, even when she has done album signings in the past they have been limited to 150 people etc., - of course it’s nice for fans to have it although I’m sure 50%+ went to people looking to profit (Over 40 have already been sold on eBay for £45+).

Taylor has signed like 70,000 CD's with folklore, they sold about 50K signed CD's last week alone, it's been her main method of securing so many weeks at #1 in the US

No one is not going to buy a charity item because they already have a Kylie signature on a 9.99 CD of Disco

 

Gosh she is a popstar trying to sell her new CD in a streaming world of music during a Pandemic.

 

Don't read to much into it.

 

It's not like I have seen anyone today say oh she has signed 3000 instead of only 150 I don't want one then.....

 

Some Kylie fans never get the chance and from the reactions today some people will be very happy next Friday morning
